SMBClient authentication failing, always connecting as "Guest"
Hi: I'm running Samba 1.9.18p10 on a RedHat 5.1 linux with kernel 2.1.124. My compile options were: -DLINUX -DALLOW_CHANGE_PASSWORD -DFAST_SHARE_MODES -DNO_ASMSIGNALH -DGLIBC2 (incidently, I had to edit includes.h somewhat to get stuff to compile under this config. There were several definition conflicts and missing defs.) Whenever I make a smbclient connection to our nt servers, my

Generating Interaction Factors (combinations of Data Frame columns)
I'm starting to do a fair amount of DOE in my day job and need to generate full- and fractional-factorial designs. One of the things I'd like to do is generate all possible interaction effects, given the main effects. I've been searching through the documentation, packages and mail list archives, but the closest I can find are combin() in package combinat and combine() and

Issue with DAG legalization of brcond, setcc, xor
Hi, I am having some issues with how some of the instructions are being legalized. So this is my intial basic block. The area of concern is the last three instructions. I will pick and choose debug output to keep this small. SelectionDAG has 36 nodes: t0: ch = EntryToken t6: i32,ch = CopyFromReg t0, Register:i32 %vreg507 t2: i32,ch = CopyFromReg t0, Register:i32 %vreg17

Issue with DAG legalization of brcond, setcc, xor
But isn't kinda silly that we transform to xor and then we transform it back. What is the advantage in doing so? Also, since we do that method, I now have to introduce setcc patterns for i1 values, instead of being able to just use logical pattern operators like not. -Dilan On Fri, Jul 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM Dilan Manatunga <manatunga at gmail.com> wrote: > For some reason I

auto_link fails to handle tilda''s (~) and markdown fails to handle acute accent (`)
Hi There, So I was just having some trouble with auto_link and markdown. Specfically auto_link was failing to handle urls with tildas in them (~) e.g. http://www.hawaii.edu/~name/index.html and markdown couldn''t handle an acute accent (`) e.g. Hawai`i It seems that acute accents (or backticks) in Markdown signify code segments, and it seems there''s an open ticket for this:

Unable to open files that have an accent character
I am using samba-2.0.10-2 on RH 7.1 Issue: when users create files and name them using characters that contain accents they are not able to open them after saving them on a samba share. For a workaround I have to rename the file and remove the accents from the file name. Does anyone know of an accent patch that will work for our version of Samba? Rich

Unable to render lowercase french accent character in mssql
Hello, We initially save french characters using friendly html code, ie: Ç into our db. Problems started when user tried to save actual accented characters, ie:Ç, in the forms. We tried collation but not sure if we are even using the right one. The
