[PATCH] Adding BSD compatible install script to 1.2pre14.
Hi, This patch adds a BSD compatible install script (copied from gcc-2.95.2) to 1.2pre14. The script has a X-style license. The script will be used if configure doesn't find a proper install program on the system. Remember to run autoconf and set execute (755) permissions for install-sh when the patch has been applied. -- Niels Kristian Bech Jensen -- nkbj at image.dk --

[PATCH libguestfs] maint: remove a subsumed syntax-check rule
Hi Rich, I noticed that libguestfs's cfg.mk had an old (and relatively inefficient) version of the rule that checks for empty lines at EOF. The one in maint.mk is much more efficient: >From cf93f04a980ec01ef37db9a0d4c7b99015169eee Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Jim Meyering <meyering at redhat.com> Date: Mon, 17 Sep 2012 11:49:34 +0200 Subject: [PATCH libguestfs] maint: remove a

Marcus, Thanks for the spec file. I'm fairly new to creating RPM's and I just found out that the issue is taking place during the 'make check' portion of the spec file. I'm not sure what 'make check' does after having googled it, although, I think it checks for run-time errors. Any hints? Eric On 5/16/2015 12:52 PM, Marcus Rueckert wrote: > On 2015-05-16 11:52:55

login.c: #ifdef wrong?
In login.c, I think the #ifdef in line 67 should be an #ifndef. Otherwise, the wrong lastlog mode is selected. Oops. I also changed the char array name (for the dirmode filename) to lbuf, as buf shadows the function parameter of the same name. Patch follows. [LLVMdev] rpaths in llvm binaries
Hello LLVM devs, I am trying to package llvm for NetBSD. The package checker scripts are complaining about bad rpaths in the binaries. I see that they are relative to the build directory. I have no idea why that would be. Can you explain? If I build as myself, for testing (e.g.): $ readelf -d ~/downloads/llvm-2.6/Release/bin/llvm-ar Dynamic section at offset 0x15af28 contains 25 entries:

Dropping Root
Hello Campers I''m not sure this is the right list to ask but: I''m using the junebug wiki (which is written in camping) for my own personal wiki. I''d like it to behave as a proper daemon, so it will start up at boot, get stopped properly at shutdown, keep a pid file in /var/run etc. This requires a little messing with the wiki script junebug makes in the wiki

[PATCH 1/2] Convert all TABs-as-indentation to spaces.
Per discussion on IRC, here are two changes to convert all TABs-as-indentation to spaces. The first one is the fully-automated conversion. However, note that the command mentioned uses a file (the .x-sc* one) that is added only in the following patch. The second patch adds rules to help keep things that way: Document and enforce the new spaces-only indentation policy. * cfg.mk
