I'm sorry to report 1.3.30 has broken the Watchtower library again. After the up date I went in and the VC90 file was there again so I deleted it. But this time the library try's to run but crashes with a wine dialog.

I was using Photoshop CS5 on my Ubuntu 11.04 system fine. I did an update of wine, now it won't work.
