| to me this is not apparent. I just tried "R CMD INSTALL ." in a package

soundforge 4.5 cannot paste audio
I'm on osx 10.6.4 using the newest version of wine bottler. The wine site says sound forge 4.5 works and everything does except when I try paste audio from a file into itself or anywhere. I get an error that the source sample rate is lower than the destination and it asks if I want to continue. Then it also asks if I want to mix the file down to mono if the audio is mono or mix up to stereo if

v1.2 for download?
Err, not sure what's going on my end but when I got to the main website (http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/) it only lists version 1.1.44 for download, which is all well and good but it keep reminding me to update to version 1.2!
Well I couldn't find it on the website, but then did thanks to Google but found that the 1.2.2 "Stable" version wasn't even hosted, which was also

Oh my goodness! Hello, everyone! Well, right now I am using an app for Mac called >>Wine Bottler ("http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/")<<. I have not been able to get a single program working, including the "prefixes" included with the program. I don't know how to install programs, which "goodies" to include when I DO install a prefix, or anything; I

Probs with wine/DirectX
So I got wine working.... sort of. I was never able to run 'wineinstall'
b/c if i try to run it under my ordinary login, it halts at 'config' and
says I don't have permission, but if I log in as root, I can change
directories to the /usr/src/wine/tools and I can see 'wineinstall' and
'config' as executable files (I even chmod a+x them to be sure) but when at:

Samba 4.0.3 on CentOS 6.3 as PDC.
Any help here? I have included all of the output of the suggested diags that Thomas said I should run, but I admit that I'm not sure what I'm looking for, as I'm not familiar with RPC functionality on Linux. Something is not working with RPC on my Samba 4.0.3 server. (FWIW, it doesn't work with IPTables stopped either.)

Winetricks list comes up blank OSX Snow Leopard
Hello everyone, I have been having some problems with wine, mainly that I can't get any winetricks to show up. I downloaded both wine and winetricks from Mac Ports, I have even installed some third party programs (Like Trix) and no luck. In wine and wine bottler the list is always empty! I have tried to install winetricks manually through the terminal as well.
I really have no idea why this
