Trying to build opensuse 11.0 64-bit rpm for nut-2.2.2

I downloaded nut-2.2.2.tar.gz 2. I recompressed as a bz2 as expected by rpmbuild 3. I extracted and copied

some listening tests
Hi, I have a couple of samples that produce interesting artifacts when encoded with the CVS snapshot of 2001-02-13. Both are about a meg. ftp://slumber.dhs.org/tmp/4.wav.bz2 When encoded with oggenc -b 128, there is a sort of stereo separation in the drums, while in the original they are 'solidly' positioned in the stereo field. This also occurs with -b 160 and is barely audible with

building ms-office.deb (rpm, tgz)
I'd like to build a (100% unofficial) ms-office.deb - a meta package which requires the user to insert a MS Office CD (and a Windows CD) extracts the necessary files from it and thus installs a (hopefully) usable version of MS Office on Linux. -> Has anybody done something similar (or spent time trying it)? -> Does anybody have an idea why it could be impossible to do? New scws patch for xapian-core based on svn trunk
Hi, I have already re-make the patch file, based on the trunk codes in SVN respo. But I can not build the xapian, because there are many errors when building 'languages/' for stemmer. Where to get libcapi20 ?
Hallo wine-users, I'm new to wine and to this list. During configuration I got the message that libcapi20 could not be found.
