When I try to start notepad, it starts with a grayed title bar, like it wasnt active. I cant enter text into the input window. Strange thing, menus work. To get it look like active and type text, I must select the system menu and "About wine". After closing the new window (that has appeared as active), i see that notepad appears active and I can enter text. Has someone this issue ?

Wine changes dozens of files to run properly. Last week a user couldnt login anymore his Windows XP after doing that. Btw, as you say world of warcraft doesnt use registry and is well known to work on wine too by copying the whole directory. I suggest you to do that. Hi list, Trying to set custom paramters for a wine-program as wcmd for example doesn't work for me. I tried setting [AppDefaults\\wcmd.exe.so\\x11drv] "Desktop"= "N" and [AppDefaults\\wcmd.exe\\x11drv] "Desktop"= "N" when global is "Desktop"="640x480". wcmd is displayed on a 640x480 desktop. Just got wine 2005 01 11 installed.. Trying to install diablo 2.. Problem is that whenever I run the install.exe, I get a box that pops up telling me to "Please insert the cd labeled "Install Disc"" which is the cd that I have mounted and am running the install.exe from..
