Hello list reader, Did people succed in trying to run Delphi applications with wine ??? Well, if they didn't work we can always try to use kylix to get them work. But I suspect that we will have to go with lot of rewriting because of the type of these applications : graphical intensive ones. Any ideas about that ? Thanks ! Guy

I've been tossing around some ideas about high-level backends. Say, have LLVM emit Perl code. Sounds whacky but isn't. It's good for the first bootstrapping phase in environments where you don't have a C compiler, where you don't have a cross-compiled binary for download, but you can execute Perl. Hello, My version of wine is wine-20010510-1. Do I need to make any changes to the wine headers? I get errors from winsock.h and winsock2.h often. Then I try fixing it in the file, since it seems easy but then it causes problems elsewhere.
