Further analysis it looks like the status string matches the q1 subdriver but a lowercase "f" is sent to request it instead of "Q1\r". Smart1500lcdt will not connect with usbhid-ups KSTAR BM3150 1500VA "Line Interactive" High Frequency UPS
Barry, I have had success with NUT on Debian and an EATON 5E2000IUSB-AU 5E 2000VA/1200W UPS With 3 x OUTLETS which I believe is good value. I would believe the the EATON ?5E 1500VA/900W UPS With 3 x OUTLETS would work just as well. The 1500VA also uses the same batteries as the 2000VA so I would believe it would run its raited load longer than 2000VA. My eight drive RAID driver uses less that

2.6.31.4: Any other suggestions regarding a UPS/USB (APC1500VA) on (Intel P55KG) stale issue?
Hello, Problem: When I migrated from a DG965WH -> DP55KG motherboard, there were quite a bit of issues, host still does not reboot without special flags, e.g. reboot=a, the NIC driver is broken with the in-kernel version (the one on e1000.sourceforge) fixes that and finally my UPS USB has driver stale problems, with two issues already relating to the HW/drivers themselves it would not be

Geek Squad UPS Systems
We are interested in using Nut on our Federa 6.0 servers. However, our UPS systems are sold under the name "Geek Squad" (sold through the Best Buy chain of department stores). I'm pretty certain Geek Squad does not manufacture these units and they just rebrand them. Does anyone know who makes these units or what they are compatible with in terms of driver level protocol? The ones we

OT: hardware, odd PSU issue
We have an HP blade enclosure for SL230s Gen 8. Went to replace the four PSUs in it, 1500W. Got them from one vendor, "refurbished"... and *none* worked. Returned them, and got them from another vendor, and *none* worked. Something odd here. For one, the LED doesn't light up when I'm holding the PSU and plug it in. Then there's something I just noticed late yesterday: in the

sweex UPS 1500VA
Hello, have some of you tried sweex UPS 1500VA (http://www.sweex.com/en/assortiment/power-security/power-protection/PP220). It is not listed in hardware compatibility list. As I can see, sweex can be problematic with drivers, but it is not possible to change this UPS to other model now. It is connected by USB and lsusb says only: Bus 002 Device 004: ID 0665:5161 Cypress Semiconductor USB to

Noob Question : Compatibility between NUT and an APC BACK-UPS RS 1500VA 230V
Hi, It's the first time that we want to use an UPS in our labo. We have 1 server, which are running under an old version of opensuse. We would like to use the stable tree of nut on the computer with an APC BACK-UPS RS 1500VA 230V. I have seen on the compatibility page, that this UPS is supported. is there anyone, who uses this UPS with NUT to confirm that ? Thanks a lot, Best regards, GiGGz

24V DC ATX PSU with limited UPS functionality over USB
Hello Developers and *, I am working on a "24V DC ATX PSU" for Photopholtaik Systems which can have input voltages from 18V to 27.7 Volt and is entirely modular, which mean, you can select the desired module/s (up to 6) from ATX (96/144/240/300W), P4 (144W), SATA (82/305W) and Device (34/68/136W) And last not least, I want to build a "PowerWhatch" module which should be

Fwd: the same function returning different values when called differently..
Hi Akshay, (Please include r-help when replying) You have learned that PFC.NS and snl[[159]] are not identical. Now you have to figure out why they differ. This could also point to a bug or a logic error in your program. Figuring out how two objects differ can be a bit tricky, but with experience it becomes easier. (Some others may even have some suggestions for good ways to do it.) Basically

dear members, I have a function ygrpc which acts on the daily price increments of a stock. Liebert PSA "On Battery" report
Hi, Back in 2011, it was reported that Liebert PSA devices persist in reporting OB (On Battery) when using usbhid-ups regardless of the actual state. Pier Paolo did some work (2011) which reportedly solved the issue. However, that doesn't seem to have reached mainstream and I now face the same problem. I'm using NUT 2.6.3 with a new Liebert PSA 1500Va that only ever reports OB and

C7, igb and DCB support for pause frame ?
Hi there, I?m working on deploying our new cluster. Masters have 5?1gbps (i210 and i350, thus using igb.ko), configured with mtu 9000, 802.3ad. Works fine *but* I can?t get DCB working (pause frame, aka flow control, which is supported by and enabled on our switches). multiple keys table
probablly a newbie question: Rails does not support a table with multiple keys ??? it seems that the ActiveRecord set_primary_key method can only set the column name... (hope i''m wrong there) example: table A - P.K id, string name table B - P.K id, string name table C - P.K a_id and b_id, both are also foreign keys. Thanks, Amir. -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.

Help: Vultech UPS 1500VA (richcomm_usb)
Heya, first time posting to a mailing list so please excuse me if I do something wrong :) I'm new to NUT and trying to get things working on my TrueNAS, I have a "Vultech 1500VA" UPS which comes with the software "PowerManager II" and it seems to be using the "richcomm_usb" driver. There are 5 devices in the compatibility list and I tried all of them, sadly to

Hi, I am having trouble compiling package gap http://www.hgmp.mrc.ac.uk/~jzhao/r-progs.htm on Tiger. I have installed XcodeTools 2.1. The binary version of gap currently available on CRAN has some bug and is fixed in the latest version. The message I get from R is below.
