similar to: yum segfault - rpmforge problem?

I removed my r-base package and installed it through the guide in Cran mirror but I am still getting the same error. I''m getting subj trying to run linux-iscsi-4.0.2 on domain0. I tried xen-2.0.6, xen-2-test and xen-3-devel. The same results. With recent 2.6 kernels, the command brctl delbr br0 hangs during shutdown, and the kernel prints this message again and again: unregister_netdevice: waiting for br0 to become free. Usage count = 1 I was able to reproduce this problem with several kernels between (and including) 2.6.9-rc1 and 2.6.11-rc2-bk9. I just installed R 3.4.4 and Rstudio on my computer with the OS Ubuntu 16.04. Rstudio detects the Installation of R and works normally.
