Remove IE 6 and I agree, hahahaha. Actually, I hate Mozilla''s box model
(I know it''s the w3c recommended one, but it''s flawed. Width and height
should include padding and borders.

[OT] eventlog-to-syslog
<rant>
So, we've got a couple of WinDoze servers, and we getting logs from them.
Except the logs seem to stop on occasion. My manager set me onto this (I
*loathe* WinDoze, but someone's gotta do it), and I finally found out that
a previous co-worker installed eventlog-to-syslog, which seems to be
hosted in google code. And it *seems* to have come from Purdue Univ.

Ahm, it wasn't money that influenced the OJ case, it was, race, coupled with
incompetence on the side of the prosecution.
Now if Reiser had kept his mouth shut he might have just been acquitted. He
had a good attorney, that attorney gave him sound advise and he chose
to ignore it anyways.
I also believe if he had confessed to what happened he would have received
manslaughter, though after

[OT] RHEVM List
Greetings,
Apologies for Off thread (and possibly stupid) question: Where on the net
one can find the RHEV-M general list like this one for centos
<rant>
I have been tearing my hair for past week to make RHEV work with two boxens.
One RHEV H and one running XP with two VMs uner VMware WS. One VM is
openfiler for iscsi storage and another VM w2k3 for RHEVM. Search in foogle
for the error

OT: R Square Help (this debate again, i know!) and The Experimental Unit
Dieter (et. al.)
I am weak and therefore yield to temptation... This is OT for R, so
stop reading and discard now if you're looking for real R Help.

Mount soapbox; begin rant </
In addition to the points you made/alluded to, may I also suggest that
confusion about the nature of The Experimental Unit results in a lot

(no subject)
Chris,
I did this very thing although I can't tell you how because it just worked
right without my having to do anything. I am not having the server
automatically download the drivers so maybe that has something to do with
it. I keep my drivers on s share and then have to go pick them when I
install a printer. All of my print queues from cups update my windows boxes
about every 3 seconds.

rails 2.3 nested forms with has_many through checkboxes
I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to combine the new nested
forms in rails 2.3 with a has_many through relationship via
checkboxes. Basically I have a page model, a page_category model and
a category_items join table. Pages have many page categories through
category items. The category_items table is polymorphic so i can use
it for other models who need categories (maybe this is

OT: redhat training and RHES6
Greetings.
I am planning on getting my RHCE in the near future. I thinking I
should wait until 6 comes out before proceeding. That being said, I
don't want to wait past the end of this year.
That being said, do you all have any information about how long it takes
for their training platform to catch up to their release? Which is to
say, if RHES 6 is released on day 1, at what point

Request for Proposal: On-Site Rails Training
Don''t let the bureaucratic aspects of this RFP bother you: we''re eager
to find and work with a good trainer to get our developers up to speed
on RoR, and there''s a possibility of a paid Rails-evangelist gig as
well. If that sounds like something you would be interested in and
qualified for, I hope you will get in touch with us and submit a
proposal. --Chris

Community Group for Markdown Standardization
FYI,
There was an interest from a few people to create a formalization of Markdown as it is currently implemented.
A W3C Community Group has been created for moving forward and exploring the idea and create a spec if necessary.
A W3C Community Group [1] is a platform for discussing, publishing about a topic. You just need a free public W3C account [2]
The community markdown group [3] has
