Bug#252597: logcheck: user logchecks mails should be delivered to root
Package: logcheck Version: 1.2.20a Severity: important Since logcheck changed to run as user logcheck, the error mails of the cron daemon end up in /var/mail/logcheck where nobody reads them. Mails for logcheck should be aliased to root like all the other mails of system accounts. I was searching for a long time what was wrong with my logcheck not delivering any mails. The lock directory was

Bug#222240: Ask for frequency during install (logcheck)
hello, the debconf configuration of logcheck was removed since woody release: as logcheck's user base is targeting server admins, we don't see the need of a debconf based question regarding the frequency of logcheck. beside once per day is a good default. a note was added to documentation README.Debian that this value may be changed in /etc/cron.d/logcheck. so these bugreports will be

ENOSPC - where's the problem, where's the solution?
Hallo, linux-btrfs, I''ve just finished testing my btrfs installation. Kernel 2.6.37, btrfs-progs from 2010-10-06 Again the same problem as mourned last year: the smaller of the 2 disks sets the capacity. Where is the problem: is it a kernel problem (and I have to wait for the next kernel revision), or is it a problem related to one of the programs which I can compile in the

4 important bugs again <;
hello everyone, thanks to todd 1.2.21 is out :) every release getting better, i would like to get consensus on these "important" bugs: #252078 logtail: should depend on perl >= 5.8 sarge as any other modern linux distro use perl 5.8.x, it's even inside of its base. backports are under the peril of its author if no one voices up, i'll close that bug in the next days.

Recent HPLIP: where's that doc?
Hi, The HPLIP package included in CentOS 5 is one of those packages that lags almost pathologically behind. Now I remember having seen some *official* (HP) documentation describing the procedure to follow to install the *latest* HPLIP on CentOS 5. As far as I can remember, there were even some RHEL5 RPMS on that site. But I can't seem to find that page anymore. Anyone remembers it? Niki

[LLVMdev] where's UnrollLoop.h
I'm building llvm in MSVS 2008. LoopUnroll.cpp includes UnrollLoop.h line 23: #include "llvm/Transforms/Utils/UnrollLoop.h" but there's no UnrollLoop.h anywhere to be found. My svn tree is synced to TOT. What am I missing?

Where's the software?

Where's the program?
Actually, I know where it is... I managed to download Adobe Digital Editions, and it appears to have installed properly. By that I mean that I can run the program. It is currently to be found in /home/wine/drive_c/programfiles/adobe/adobedigitaleditions/digitaleditions.exe When I click on this the program runs, which is good. But how do I get it to show up in my application list under Wine, or

First go at a stock 1.8 install -- where's DAHDI?
Hi, all. I've finally made the jump from 1.4 to 1.8. I've installed everything (I think), my Sangoma card initializes right... but there's no "dahdi" command -- not from the base, nor as a subset of the "core" commands. I've got my channels configured in my chan_dahdi.conf file. What am I missing, here? Thanks... -Ken

Where's my .dll file?
I'm trying to run an automotive waveform database application called Aeswave using Wine. Install went OK. When I start the app, it opens in a window, but I get an error box: Error#:298 DDE requires ddeml.dll I can find ddeml.dll in /usr/lib/wine (but it is a shared object: ddeml.dll.so) and it shows as a shortcut to user32.dll. I tried copying these .dll files to the app directory, but

Where's crm (from pacemaker-cli) on CentOS 6.4?
Hi, After upgrade the nodes on one of my HA clusters I find that "crm" isn't on the pacemaker-cli package. After some research on the web I find this: http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/linuxha/pacemaker/84376?page=last That thread points to this OpenSuSE repo: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/network:/ha-clustering/RedHat_RHEL-6/ Which suply the new

Question - where's the mail?
I am running dovecot and dovecot-lda. Mail is delivered from my ISP via cron script using fetchmail. Over the last few days, there has been a selinux problem which gave permission denied problems whenever deliver would try to store mail in Maildir. I have a big blank spot in my incoming email from about Wed evening (when the latest FC5 upgrade (..) was installed to a few hours ago when I
