Bug tracker
I started thinking that perhaps I should move my TODO list to a bug tracker. But because of reasons I've explained a few times before, I don't want a full blown public bug tracking system. The requirements for it are: * I am the only person who can add new bugs. Everyone else reports bugs/requests to this mailing list as before. (Well, I guess Stephan could use this as well if he wants

Samba 4.8.1: spotlight enabled share can not connect to Tracker
I’m having this exact same issue after upgrading from 4.7.x to 4.9.1. I’ve been using the same set of instructions to setup tracker for a few years without issue. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m stuck on this and can’t figure out what’s changed. Thanks. Mike Pestorich > Date: Mon May 14 12:31:28 UTC 2018 > From: Dirk Köppen > > Hi, > > this is the error message I do

Closing sf.net issue tracker
As part of the ongoing move of FLAC's project hosting from sourceforge.net to xiph.org, we're planning to remove the issue tracker there. Erik doesn't check it, so issues filed there are just rotting, and that's a poor experience. We don't have a decent alternative at xiph.org at the moment. We've variously discussed setting up a bugzilla instance or using github. In the

Torrent tracker for CentOS v5.3 working properly?
Hi, Is the tracker for the 5.3-release working properly? The only torrent I see actually downloading is CentOS-5.3-i386-bin-1to6. The other three for the i386 DVD and ditto for x86_64 (cd+dvd) are just sitting there. The availability and the number of connected peers in the swarm for each torrent is rather high though. Do torrent downloads work from a single tracker at centos.org, or are those

Custom form fields in tracker?
Hello, I was just reading the following bug ticket: http://rubyforge.org/tracker/?func=detail&atid=3149&aid=10744&group_id=797 I notice that you devs have to repeat yourselves quite a bit about requiring the different types of data that are required to diagnose bugs. Could you modify the RubyForge tracker to accommodate this information? You could even make them all required

Status of tracker for 64bit?
Good morning to you all: I've been trying for a few hours to connect to the tracker for the 5.2 x64 DVD. It has been giving a "connection refused" error. A few days ago the 5.2 i386 downloaded succesfully. Is the tracker down?? Or is something odd happening on my side?? thanks, Kwan

Marking a ticket as a (potential) regression in bug tracker?
Is there a way to mark a ticket as a potential regression in the bug tracker? I think the following issue is a regression: https://bugs.r-project.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17684 I've just tested (2020-06-12 r78687) and what I believe to be a regression is still there. I don't think the bug has bitten many people, so I don't think it is critical, but often it is helpful to mark

Megatec driver floods logs #2 & mail notifications
Hi there! I'm a n00b NUT user trying to get it running on RHEL5 and actually do something useful for me. Few questions: 1) I want it to notify me by email on power loss and power back events. I can't find any sample scripts for this purpose... Where shall I look for them? 2) So far, I've backported the package from Fedora and got my Ablerex running (previously used with Upsilon /

No R 2.15.2 or R 2.15.2 patched version option in bug tracker
When I went to report a (very minor) bug today, I noticed that under the choices for Version, there was no entry for "R 2.15.2" nor "R 2.15.2 patched". I could not find a contact email for the bug tracker itself, so I figured the next best place to send this was r-devel. Perhaps adding new versions to the version choices should also be added to

Support for APC Smart-UPS X 3000
Hi all, I am completely new to NUT and setting up a UPS shut down in Linux. I am looking at buying a APC Smart-UPS X 3000. When I look this device up in the compatibility list this specific model is not listed, only a generic entry for "Smart-UPS". It says to use the *apcsmart* driver. The legend shows this as "protocol based on reverse engineering". What does this
