[Asterisk 1.8.3.2] Mixmonitor not working on member(calling part) channel of Queue.
Hi, I have a simple Queue(named 1) and one Member(SIP/1119) logged into it. Now when a caller is placed into Queue and gets connected with Member, I want to record the call. It does record the call when I use MixMonitor() before placing the caller into Queue, but not when MixMonitor() is used in macro which is called upon Member answering the call. Play audio file for both Caller and Callee in a call

Record call without caller interference
Hello list, can a conversation be recorded without the caller or callee having to press some combination that is defined in features.conf ?? Like in queues.conf you have the ability to record a conversation with MixMonitor when the caller is connected to an agent/member of the queue. Setting MixMonitor options from Queue
Hello, We are recording our calls to queues by putting the appropriate options in our "queue.conf". This is all working properly. We would now like to set the MixMonitor option to adjust the caller volume (which is very quiet). With the regular MixMonitor application, we would just add the "v4" option to make it much louder. asterisk 1.4.21.2 a caller waited in queue, after connect to agent hears silence
Hi all! My problem is that calls being placed in the queue, and are waiting while the agents are busy, when an agents is then free they gets connected to the agent but there is silence (no voice). Random File Name
Hi, Im looking at using MixMonitor to record calls and I know that I need to set the filename first. However, with the number of calls coming in, hard coding the filename isnt an option. So I need to do something like this:- MixMonitor(RANDOMNUMBER.wav) But can't find a way to generate a random number. MixMonitor and Queues

Queue Patch - estimated hold time announcements
Let me know if you find something out. I am having the same problem. I can get it to play to my agents but not the people on hold. I was debating on creating a AGI script to do all this but I remembered that it was supposed to do it automatically. If someone has a work around could you please share it? estimated queue hold time
Hello list, I'm looking for a way to have the estimated hold time on a queue prior to joining it. someone suggested to me to Queue() first for 1 sec, read variable QUEUEHOLDTIME, validade it and Queue() again. But as we're using real time configuration that would mean a event ENTERQUEUE and a LEAVEQUEUE too much in MySQL's queue_log any suggestions?? Thanks in advance

Call recording problems from queue
Hello, I'm trying to set up call recording for a queue. Right now the recording appears to work correctly, but when I call and chatter for a minute or so, at the end of the call I end up with a very small file (less than 100 bytes), which contains about .06 seconds of silence. Realtime Queue Members

How to reload queue on the fly?
