Speech/DTMF mix?
Which speed recognition products will also recognize DTMF? In other words, I want to say "Please speak or dial the conference number". Does Vestec allow that? LumenVox? Any other way?

Asterisk+Sphinx4 for simple mobile phone <-> server speech recognition
Hello! I need to: 1) call special number (or run special application) on mobile phone 2) establish connection between mobile phone and server 3) allow server to recognize spoken numbers (Polish language) and some other control words 4) let the server to say some short answers (prerecorded in mp3) according to some algorithm and recognized words 5) let the server to save little text file on its

Support from Vestec
Does it exist? Sending email to their support address appears to be a black hole. They reference a forum, but Google can't find it. I keep having problems in any grammar than has a an "o" for "zero": it breaks recognition anywhere NEAR it. For example, if I say "two o five", it gets recognized as "one o five".

Speech Recognition and Asterisk
All; Since I have interest in providing the capability for callers to speak the department, person or number they wish to call, as well as other IVR scenarios, I have been reviewing much of this lists email archives and searching the web for open source voice recognition that will work with the Asterisk PBX. What I am trying to determine, is what will it take to get it working on Asterisk? How

Vestec for Asterisk
Hi, I installed the Vestec module to one of my development Asterisk servers a few months ago but now I need to move the license to another host. Does anyone know how to do this? I've had a look on my Account page on the Digium website but it only shows the Language Pack, and I can't do anything with this either. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Thanks Lee

Issues with Vestec ASR
I'm having a lot of problem with it recognizing "oh" for zero. I've tried both "o" and "oh". In one case, I just tried: $digit = o { out = "0"; } | fundamental {out = "2"; }; So I gave it a choice that was VERY far away from what I said. But when I said "o o o o o", more than 75% of the time, it had a bunch of

Speech Recognition
Does anyone know of a speech recognition module (like say yes or no, or numbers) I guess due to the complexity of speech recognition it might just be found in commercial applications or am I wrong like always? -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Bringing Vista's Speech Recognition Engine to Linux via Wine
I have RSI (hurty hands) and need software for recognition of continuous speech. Linux has nothing workable. Dragon was bad even on Windows. What's needed is a Linux speech engine, so that the linux crew can get making a good GUI. So I'm trying to bring over the Vista Speech Engine. Here's my (failed) attempt: http://womblezone.blogspot.com/ I'm trying to bring it over with

Light-weight voice recognition for IVR
Hello list, 'Just wondering if anyone can point to a very light-weight and easy to incorporate into Asterisk (v. 11.x) to handle a minimal set of responses, like: 0 - 9 yes no (maybe * and # for some people) The idea is that within an IVR menu, the caller could respond by speaking to the typical IVR options, like: For Archie, press or say 1 now For Veronica, press or say

Documentation doesn't get updated
Hi Tanya, Last time I noticed a problem with clang-tools-extra docs you could help solving them. If someone else is taking care of this part of the infrastructure now, please redirect appropriately. It looks like docs generated from rst (for LLVM, Clang and clang-tools-extra) don't get updated at the moment. They stopped updating somewhere between r353327

Sphinx
Hi. I just started trying to play with Sphinx. I followed their site as far as running sphinx-server. It is listening on the default port. I copied sphinx2-simple to another file and changed sphinx2-continuous to sphinx2-server. So, I ran eagi-sphinx-test under asterisk. What exactly is it supposted to do? Here's what I get: debian:~# sphinx2-simple2 sphinx2-simple: Demo CMU Sphinx2

[LLVMdev] [RFC] Moving to Sphinx for LLVM and friends documentation (with partial implementation (in both 10pt and 12pt font)).
Michael, The benefits of Sphinx sound nice but one comment: The main page and the tables of contents in the other pages (at least the ones I looked at: Getting Started; Lang Ref) are so long and sparse that it is difficult to get the big picture of what is there and even to find a document unless you know what to search for. The originals were much more compact and so much better in this regard.

Yes, I am working on it. The sub-projects are still having issues but the other documentation has been fixed. -Tanya > On Feb 14, 2019, at 3:53 AM, Alexander Kornienko <alexfh at google.com> wrote: > > Tanya, friendly ping. > > On Mon, Feb 11, 2019 at 3:21 PM Alexander Kornienko <alexfh at google.com <mailto:alexfh at google.com>> wrote: > Hi Tanya, >

[LLVMdev] [RFC] Moving to Sphinx for LLVM and friends documentation (with partial implementation (in both 10pt and 12pt font)).
Moving the LLVM Documentation to Sphinx ======================================= As a few of you that are on IRC already know, I have experimented with moving the LLVM documentation over to `Sphinx <http://sphinx.pocoo.org/index.html>`__ from the current html form. I have moved almost all of the content over and have begun "Sphinxifying" the documentation to correct links and make
