chan_mobile with Nokia 6021 - incoming SMS causes call to drop
Hello, I'm Using Asterisk 1.8.11.0 on Debian Squeeze. I was experiencing problems with ${SMSSRC} being blank, so I applied this patch: https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/secure/attachment/42026/sms-sender-fix.diff but otherwise everything is standard. As the subject says, if I am making a call through the phone when an SMS is received, the bluetooth connection drops and the call ends. The

no sound with chan_mobile
I am new to Asterisk (1.4.5), and I am trying to get chan_mobile working. My intention is to use it as a cheap GSM gateway. In the dialplan I configured that all mobile numbers should go thru the mobile channel. The current situation is that I can setup the call via the mobile channel (bluetooth), but sound is still thru the bluetooth attached phone's speaker and microphone. I searched

Tripplite SMART2200VS with tripplite_usb: UPS doesn't shut down
Hello, I have a Tripplite SMART2200VS that isn't being shut down when the nut master asks it to. My initial test was simply upsmon -c fsd which caused the system to shut down, but the UPS remained on and providing power to its loads. Looking in the logs (daemon and syslog) it was not clear to me that NUT was telling the UPS to shut down (I was expecting to see "Shutting down the UPS

Please note, I reinstalled, because a virus named windows 8 spontaneously "repaired" the drive eliminating the dual-boot. This time I configured wireless in the initial stage of installation from DVD, it did connect. But after install, after reboot, it appears not to be available. chan_mobile: FXS
Hi all, Finally i got hold of some bt-dongles that seems p[retty stable, the asus-bt211. After installing them, i rebuild 11.3-rc1 added mobile.conf (bt-addres and blackberry address) and "mobile show devices" is showing me that the BT-link is up, and remains stable up. Seems good, but it looks like asterisk is seeing the BB as a trunk/FXO. However, i want to use the phone as an FXS.
