I'm running asterisk/zaptel 1.4.5. If I load the ztdummy module, the dialplan hangs when it tries to play audio (i.e. Playback) -- and I just hear static on the line. I'm running this on a debian system. I actually have it working on a different debian system but have yet to discover the important difference between the two installations. Hello, I'm trying to enable CONSOLE logging in Asterisk 1.4.14 on a 2.6.18 Debian Lenny server. It is enabled in logger.conf, however no log file is created in /var/log/asterisk/ Also I was wondering if I manage to get it working and use logrotate daemon as well, is logrotate going to restart the asterisk process each time in order to rotate the log file? Hi, I have just installed asterisk under Fedora5, the program runs fine except the color is not correct, it's very dark, difficult to see. And if I select a part that part's color will be fine at least clear for read purpose. All I can do now is disabling color by changing the TERM environment variable to another value. On the Asterisk CLI, I notice that pressing Ctrl-W deletes the entire line of text, as opposed to just the last word. Is this an artifact of using editline instead of readline? I'll note that other Emacs-style keypresses work just fine on the Asterisk CLI, but Ctrl-W is a real pain. I would go so far as to call this a bug as it is certainly behaviour that differs from what the user expects.
