Tracking DLLs
Does anyone know what command line params I can use to track what DLLs a
a program is accessing -- I'm trying to debug "unreal" from a compiled
install of Wine 0.9.4. Everything works fine for the most part but the
keyboard and mouse tend to freeze up. I thought maybe using a native
DLL for mouse and keyboard might fix the problem.
Thanx much,
Jeff

Wine config file??
I can't seem to locate wine.conf in wine version 0.9.4. I made
configuration changes using WineTools and now I can't change the
configuration anymore. I'm assuming assigning a native dll is causing
problems and I'd like to change it back.
thanx

[ANNOUNCE] xf86-input-keyboard 1.8.1
Two bugfixes, two cleanups. The fix for 89653 fixes a dead keyboard on Linux
machines, though note that use of this driver under Linux is considered very
much a legacy use case. Use evdev or the new libinput driver instead.
Egbert's fix untangles overlaps between multimedia keys and the jp
Henkan/Muhenkan keys.

Thai keyboard input does not work
Hello *,
I'm currently migrating a friend to Kubuntu 7.10. He's forced to use a service which works with IE only (no other browser can display their website). Fortunately, IE6 works with Wine (I used ies4linux 2.99.0 (http://www.tatanka.com.br/ies4linux) to set it up), but unfortunately only with the English keyboard layout: When we switch to Thai (KDE shortcut Ctrl-Alt-K), the focused

Completely disable local keyboard input in Syslinux / Extlinux?
Hello list,
I'm trying to reuse a fairly old PC based embedded system. It has no
video output at all, no VGA, nothing older, and no keyboard / mouse
connectors. The console is on a standard RS232 interface, including BIOS
output and the minimal BIOS loader. The BIOS emulates / redirects text
output to and keyboard input from the console RS232 interface, but
unfortunately, this emulation

keyboard input messed up in Wine 1.1.15?
I'm in Fedora 10 x86_64 and did a system update last night that included
updating Wine from 1.1.14 to 1.1.15. Now when I play WoW my keyboard
input is all messed up, I hit one key and get the result of another -
example W,S,A,D keys used for movement will instead act like the space
bar or esc keys, or the other way around. I try to type in chat and
whatever key I hit acts like some other key,

What might affect keyboard input in a game under Wine?
Hi everyone - and I apologize in advance for the vagueness on this one.
I recently installed Ubuntu 11.10 64-bit (fresh install).
One game that I normally submit test data for has suddenly lost the ability to type. I can no longer enter a userid or password on it's login screen. (I was able to do this in 11.04 64-bit with Wine 1.3.29.) The only keys that are responsive now are the return and

No keyboard input accepted for Heroes3
Hi,
I had Heroes 3 4.0 Complete running perfectly on Karmic with Wine 1.2.2. I then tried to put Heroes onto another computer under Karmic. When it starts up there is a 'Testing' screen that never appeared before and the game does not allow any keyboard input at all even to cut to the menu rather than watching all the intro. I've tried installing under the previous version of Wine

No keyboard input when sound is enabled
Here's an interesting one for y'all. I've been trying to get my copy of Clue to work through wine. I noticed that when I have the audio enabled in wine it disables keyboard entry (in Clue anyhow), but If I disable it the keyboard works fine. I'm pretty sure it is nothing to do with my audio hardware as I have the same issue on two very different computers.
FYI, I am running wine

Keyboard Input Issues
Hi all,
I'm having issues with a game where my keyboard won't display any of these characters:
{}~@:<>?[];'#,./
All of those keys are in the bottom right of my keyboard (is there a name for them)? I'm looking for tips on what and where to look at for resolving this problem.
Thanks
