Guys I am having some serious issues with my call queue and Management is breathing down my neck pretty bad, and I am running out of ideas. I have a single queue for my tech support department. Queue AgentCallBackLogin
Hi All, I'm having trouble setting up a queue: I'm using AgentCallBackLogin to login in the queue, but: 1 - When an agent answer the call and another call arrive his phone rings again. 2 - When no there are no one answer the queue the system goes to voicemail of agent 1234 I'm using asterisk-1.2.0-beta1. Queue() with H option
Has anyone used the H option for Queue() with Callback queues? I want customers in my queues to be able to jump out to voicemail when they get tired of waiting, but in my setup when I pretend to be a customer and press '*' [when I am waiting in the queue] I see the message 'User hit * to disconnect call.' but then just jump out to the outer loop where queued callers wait to

Call Queue Question
Hi, I've been fussing with this for a while now - and cannot seem to get it to work correctly - or rather as I desire it.. I'm trying to implement a 'find-me' feature in my voicemail. No format for saving voicemail?
All; I just came accross this problem, and I am a bit stumped. I am using Asterisk 1.4.23.1 and am using Asterisk Realtime Static for voicemail. I have not had a problem before, but now when someone tries to leave a vm, I get the error "No format for saving voicemail?" and Asterisk hangs up the call. According to the docs, Asterisk should default to wav49|gsm|wav. Clearly it is not

No Music: Queue Hold and MusicOnHold

Dial+Macro and Queue
A call comes in and goes into the queue, the queue dials a sip channel using a macro. The macro plays a set of options to the callee and if the callee presses 3 it sets MACRO_RESULT=CONTINUE and the macro ends. Maximum retries exceeded problem...
