How do I make my headset work. Before I try it with anything else, I'd like to make it work with arecord and aplay. VLC and movie player can make sounds with my external speakers. though not in my headset yet. I've got an insignia NS-PAH5101 headset. Hi everyone, I have a user that needs a little extra volume on his Polycom IP 601 phone set for all calls (beyond what the volume control currently offers). Is there a provisioning setting for this anywhere? (I'd like to avoid a separate amplifier between the phone and handset if possible.) Tom - here are a few suggestions Plantronics 510SL Bluetooth - they make a bundle that comes with a Bluetooth transceiver and a handset lifter.
