Hi folks ! I bought two sipura 841 phones. I used to have GN Netcom headset which I connect instead of the handset. The problem is that I don't have any sound coming out the headset and I can't speak neither ! I'am located in France and I was wondering if the cabling in the sipura and in the headset is the same (I mean the order of the cables) or maybe is there something else to do ? Anyone could help me on that matter ? Or....can anyone advise me on headset working with the sipura 841 ? The 2.5mm size plug is standard for cell phone headsets and cordless phone headsets, at least here in the USA - dont know about france. The 2.5mm headset works fine on the 10+ SPA-841's that I've used it on (several managers use headsets in my office with the SPA-841.) -josiah -- Josiah Bryan IT Coordinator Productive Concepts, Inc. jbryan@productiveconcepts.com (765) 964-6009, ext. 224

My Netcom headset (8120) has a little wheel on the base unit which one rotates until one get audio in both directions. Would it be too obvious to suggest visiting GN's website for configuration information on your specific model? -- George Pajari, netVOICE communications 604 484 VOIP (484 8647 x102) Open Source VoIP/Telephony Specialists 1 877 NET VOIP (638 8647 x102) www.netvoice.ca www.ip-centrex.ca www.digium.ca www.grandstream.ca www.sipura.ca www.snom.ca
