Queue Log
Hello everyone, This is is my first email to this group. I'm am writing a small php program to pull some info out of our Asterisk's queue_log. I'm having trouble figuring out what some of the parameters mean. Here's an example: 1118098465|1118098465.47|salesq|NONE|ENTERQUEUE||"Ray Balbin 25" <(716)250-3405> I found a doc that tells me about everything from

Queue reporting seems broken.
I am trying to figure out which one of our agents is answering the calls. According to http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+log+queue_log the only time the queue_log puts the channel (agent) is during logoff & logon. There is the connect & completeagent message, but it doesn't show which channel (agent) answered the phone. I can't even figure it our cross referencing the

Queue reload
I've noticed that when app_queue.so is reloaded(or just a reload command is used) that all queue members that were paused are automatically unpaused. Is there a workaround for this? (Note, I use statically defined callback agents). --johann

I am looking for - previous work (maybe it's ready somewhere and I've never heard of it) - suggestions -

regex - optional part isn't considered in replacement with gsub

Which is the best open source ecommerce platform?
Good afternoon from Singapore, There are far too many choices when it comes to open source ecommerce solutions. Are there any credible rankings of open source ecommerce platforms? Which open source ecommerce solution do you think is the best and tell me why. Thank you. ===BEGIN SIGNATURE=== Turritopsis Dohrnii Teo En Ming's Academic Qualifications as at 30 Oct 2017 [1]

OT: Ecommerce hosting
Would appreciate some suggestions for ecommerce hosting. Been using, cough, cough, godaddy, for about 5 or 6 yrs but in the last year or so, they really suck. Did the hosting myself for a while prior to going with godaddy but I don't have time to babysit. Seems godaddy would rather spend millions advertising during the Super Bowl than put that money to good use. TIA!!

Production ecommerce sites?
Hi All First post and its a question of Rails abilities. I was wondering if their are any examples of a Rails application driving an ecommerce shop site. Selling a catalogue of products? We''re looking at starting our first major Rails project at work and wanted to gather some examples to sell to the MD as PHP is becoming a drag and there''s so much more possibility in Rails.

The developer team has a few experienced Java developers who are

Hello, I''m the CTO for a new startup. I''ve recommended that we utilise Ruby on Rails, but my CEO & investors need a little more convincing [new technology, managing risk, etc..]. Are there any CTO''s or similar of ecommerce startup''s or existing organisations that have moved to Ruby on Rails that would be willing to have a 5-10 chat with my CEO about

Which is more robust/bug-free? Rails 1.0 or 1.1-RC1?
I know that Rails 1.1-RC1 has many new features but it also seems to fix numerous bugs found in Rails 1.1. So for new projects--say a small (<=10 product) ecommerce website set to launch "any day now", should we use Rails 1.0 or 1.1-RC1? Which is more bug-free? I heard 1.1-RC1 gets rid of the ''white screen of death'' but I''m wondering if any new bugs

All PCs on the 191.9.211 cannot connect to the samba drives giving the error "Network not Found". Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
