I've been asked to create a graphical "call-queue" manager. That is, use the existing call queues application but allow a way to view what's coming and attach information to it. Is it possible to display the incoming calling number on a handset when trying to pick up a call from another handset? I currently have Call Pickup working using *8, I have also used the PickUp application successfully but I'm not sure how to use these features so the handsets show the incoming calling number and not the number that you have dialled to pick up the call. Easy questions for you guys probably, I'd like to serve 10 parallell incoming calls at the same time, so I bought a lot of Zap-channel cards for analog phone lines. But I want all users to be able to use the same phone number to dial in, but I want the number to be switched to an avaiable zap-channel. Do I need some kind of switch for this?
