I need to avoid MOH on my asterisk box, so i need to have a ringing tone when attendant transfer is made, or a call is on hold.. Is there any way to do that. I did not see a simple way to do that. Regards

Is there a way to disable ringing while dialing? Example, external users come into our IVR, and if they dial certain IVR options, these are sent off to a remote server for call handling ( Dial(SIP/extension at remoteserver) for example). It rings once, then the remote system picks up. I would like it to be more transparent to the users.

Here's the short of it. I have an Asterisk 1.2.1 system setup to handle both personal and business calls. Does anyone have Music-On-Hold and valet parking, or regular parking working together? No matter how I configure it, I cannot get moh to continue to play after I park a call using either valet parking or regular parking.
