Regardless of the server they are pointed to our the offset, i am getting the correct time, but 24 hours ahead. So for today it is showing Friday April 28 but with the correct time. Any clues? P.S. I _had_ read the other posts that suggest changing to unicast sntp mode. This didn't help. I eventually setup a new ntp server on my LAN, and used it as a sync source. Everything seems OK now. I'm having a problem with polycom ip601. If I Dial() directly eg Dial(SIP/4000) it works perfectly. The polycom rings, and stops ringing as soon as I hang up. But if the phone is called via a queue, the polycom continues to ring long after I've hung up. Other phones in the queue (grandstream, cisco) don't have this problem, and stop ringing properly when I hang up. polycom bug

We are having an issue that I have been unable to figure out how to resolve. I think its related to the Polycom Phones and not the Asterisk configuration, but I'm not positive. We have several Polycom 500/501/601's on both a LAN and at employee homes. The problem we are having is if our internet connection goes down the Local LAN phones loose their connection to the Asterisk Server.

Hello, I am trying to set the tcpIpApp.sntp.gmtOffset="0" setting on the polycom phone provisioning template and I see that it has a variable for ${DSTOFFSET} in the template I tried adding "dstoffset = -28800" to users.conf and sip.conf under both general and individual users but can't get the setting to set.
