Realtime asterisk queues only reload queue members when a new call joins the queue
Hi there, As described on voip-info here http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+RealTime+Queue, if I use realtime queues, alterations to the list of members don't alter until a new call joins the queue. Is there anything I can do about this? I've tried looking for a bug number, but to no avail. I use realtime queue members for logging in and out, and I'd like it to take

Stopping certain users from using IMAP, or POP3, etc.
Hi there, I'm building a mail system for an ISP. We want to be able to turn on or off IMAP or POP3 access for certain customers- basically we want to be able to offer a customer POP3 access, unless they pay us some more money, in which case they get IMAP The username and password will remain the same, and are driven out of a postgres database. The best way I've though of doing this

Driving quota out of a database.
Hi there, I'm using postgres as a userdb for dovecot. I'm am trying to get the quota plugin to work. I have a column in my table that returns the quota in KB. I am using the postgres expression "('maildir:storage=' || mailstore_control.mailbox.quota) AS quota" as recommended in the manuals. This expression is NULL to start with, which I take to mean unlimited

RE: Samba and ADS authentication - can't change filepermissions
Answering my own question again, after several days of searching I've again found the solution within minutes of posting a question here. The answer to the NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE is that you need to create the /etc/krb5/krb5.keytab file: http://forum.java.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=5216293&messageID=9877661 And the windows permission setting problem appears to be due to a lack of

Problems using GFS2 and clustered dovecot
I am trying to use dovecot. I've got a GFS2 shared volume on two servers with dovecot running on both. On one server at a time, it works. The test I am trying is to attach two mail programs (MUA) via IMAPS (Thunderbird and Evolution as it happens). I've attached one mail program to each IMAPS server. I am trying to move emails around in one program (from folder to folder), and then

Samba and ADS authentication problems
Hey folks, I'm having trouble with AD integration with the version of Samba included in Solaris build 78 (Samba version 3.0.25a). I think it's almost working, but I get an authentication prompt every time I try to connect to samba from a windows client, and no matter what I enter I can't authenticate to see the shares. The main documentation I've been using is Sun's guide

Windows permissions and inheritance
Does anybody have experience of running Samba on a domain and getting inherited file permissions on a Samba server to more closely match the permissions you would see on a Windows 2000 box? I'm trying to reproduce our departmental folders on a Samba box, running on ZFS with NFSv4 ACL's, but I'm struggling to get inherited permissions working properly when new files are created.

lustre error
Dear All, Yesterday evening or cluster has stopped. Two of our nodes tried to take the resource from each other, they haven''t seen the other side, if I saw well. I stopped heartbeat, resources, start it again, and back to online, worked fine. This morning I saw this in logs: Feb 22 03:25:07 node4 kernel: Lustre: 7:0:(linux-debug.c:98:libcfs_run_upcall()) Invoked LNET upcall

Struggling with Jruby Rails + jdbc driver
hi all, I am having a hard time trying to find out what''s wrong with my setup. It used to work smoothly until I decided out of the blue to do a selfupdate and upgrade outdated on MacPort, then things started going south very quickily. Since MacPort kinda broke, I pull it all out and re-install the ports I have before, which went pretty smoothly. Then to my surprise any command I

Connection failing between 2 nodes with dropped packets error
Hi, I'm sometimes getting a failure of connecting 2 nodes when Tinc is started and configured in a LAN. In the logs, there are some unexpected dropped packets with very high or negative seq. I can reproduce this issue ~2% of the time. When this happens, the 2 nodes can no longer ping or ssh each other through the tunnel interface but using eth0 works fine. The connection can recover after at

[LLVMdev] Crash in PBQP register allocator
Hi Sebastian, It boils down to this: The previous heuristic solver could return infinite cost solutions in some rare cases (despite finite-cost solutions existing). The new solver is still heuristic, but it should always return a finite cost solution if one exists. It does this by avoiding early reduction of infinite spill cost nodes via R1 or R2. To illustrate why the early reductions can be a

RE: nodebytes and leafwords
hi kuhlen, what you said is correct. i am talking about how you are going to arrange these codewords into an array, i.e. in the function _make_decode_table. there he uses node bytes and leaf words for memory management. i got a 24 bit platform. so if i assume that max. codeword length that could be possible as 24 bits can i allocate a memory of (2 * used entries - 2), to arrange the whole tree in

Error messages when attempting to calculate polychoric correlation matrices using the psych package
Dear Professor Fox, Apologies for my oversight relating to the polychor command and thank you for your advice. I turned to the polychor command when trying to find an equivalent for the polychoric command found in the psych package (I am following a procedure outlined in Gadermann, Guhn & Zumbo, 2012 that uses this command rather than the polycor package) . The polychoric command is returning
