zaphfc crashes Linux
Hi all,
I'm having serious problem getting zaphfc to work on my box. I d/l'd
bri-stuff-0.1.0RC3/RC4a and followed the instructions to the dot.
Everything builds fine. But, when 'make load' the whole machine will
freeze. Anyone had the same problem and managed to solve it? I'm using a
Billion HFC PCI card on Trustix 2.0 running kernel 2.4.26.
As a side note, I feel that

zaphfc in mode TE can't dialout (dialin is OK)
Hello,
I am trying to use a HFC-PCI (CCD/Billion/Asuscom 2BD0) card in TE mode

The problem is I can not get the card to dial out with a Zap channel.
Dial-in is working. I am using bri-stuff 0.1.0-RC4 (but tried also RC3
and RC2k). I tried all combination of "immediate", "overlapdial",
"pridialplan". I earlier also managed to dial out

I'm trying to build a SIP / ISDN BRI gateway. I'm using asterisk and

Why would you want to do that? Sorry if I missed the start of the problem
but qozap is what you want to use with your Junghanns card (at least if you
want to stay with zaptel/libpri).

why incoming DATA CALLS are answered as VOICE by asterisk IVR?
When incoming DATA call arrive on ISDN BRI, asterisk (zaphfc) recognise
that this is DATA call, but answering anyway (playing IVR messages,
etc...)
How to stop that? I want that only VOICE calls are answered, and
DATA/FAX to be ignored.
(I'm using Asterisk 1.2.1 Brisftuffed 0.3.0-PRE-1f, ZapHFC)

Does anyone test Asterisk 1.2.X + bristuff-0.3.X and TDM card? We can't
get it to work.

Zaphfc and BRI problems in Portugal...
Hi -
Anyone using zaphfc cards (bri-stuff-0.0.2) on a Portugal Telecom BRI service? I am getting loads of errors and the audio is very distorted all the time.
System is a Dell PIII/933 MHZ with SCSI. Here in the UK we have perfect audio with a Compaq PIII/500 MHZ SCSI system. Files are identical in both systems as below:

Bristuff wackyness - not answering
Hi
Is anyone having this weird trouble with bristuff....calls don't get
answered, but on the debug it looks as if the call is answered. The call
will just hear ringing.
I am using -BRI-stuffed-0.1.0-RC4a
Occassionally the system starts working on its own, other times I have
to stop and rmmod everything and start them all up again.
These error messages appear on the CLI:
