Outbound calls through Broadvoice

Broadvoice latest changes and still not working-An
I've tried everything with the * box after this weekend. I have read every document on the problems people are having with them after this weekend as well, but none of them address my problem. I checked my settings in my sips which I have below as well, I have changed the host file a few times, but this was new to me and I never had modified it before. I have and the same results

Dial out through Broadvoice

Broadvoice Multiple "lines"
I configured this once now I forgot what I did. Two Broadvoice accounts. Incoming is simple - just use the phone numbers. Asterisk With Broadvoice
Hi, I am using Asterisk 1.4.25. I have one Broadvoice account. I Integrated this broadvoice account with Asterisk Server. I am Able to Make calls but cannot recieve calls. In Incoming calls, call lands to SIP extension, as I attend the call....It gets hungup......... If i dont transfer this call to extension or I play any file then it works OK. Broadvoice problem
Since Thursday evening my asterisk box has been failing to register with broadvoice. I haven't changed any of my config files in the last week. Can anyone suggest anything? asterisk and Broadvoice Outgoing Again :(

Broadvoice latest changes and still not working- An Additional Server
I have been going crazy with this also since Sat. Our server was working perfectly with BV but will now not place calls to BV. Incoming from BV works fine. I felt sad rebooting it today, it had been running for almost 200 days! Here is my error message from the console... All Circuits are Busy Now
I have downloaded and installed Asterisk@home and I have installed X-Lite on my Windows machine and I am able to connect it to the Asterisk server. Broadvoice Got SIP response 503 Service Unavailable
Hi, I'm running Asterisk 1.8.11.1 @office. The Broadvoice service work fine with all 1.6 version and early 1.8 behind a NAT but about 2 months ago stop working. Sudenly unable to get incoming from Broadvoice

Testing a sip call through Asterisk?
I'm looking to find a test tool that will register with our Asterisk (Trixbox) server here at work and place an outgoing call via our main SIP trunk (BroadVoice) to confirm that things are working. I've looked around but I can't seem to find any tools that will do what I'm looking for. I can't just monitor the status of the trunk inside Asterisk, as this is the normal status:

USING TWO ACCOUNTS WITH BROADVOICE

Broadvoice outbound 404 error
Is anyone else experiencing 404 errors on outbound dial with Broadvoice? I've followed the instructions posted by Broadvoice to configure sip.conf, and inbound calling works fine. BroadVoice usage?
