I have a quick question... In the previous thread http://www.marko.net/asterisk/archives/0210/0306.html it is mentioned Mark added support for MWI to the chan_zap. Is this in the zapata.conf and if so, if stutter is turned on then the MWI is turned on with it? Geoff

May be I have fiddled too much with my sipura settings but I can't get it to give the stutter tone when there is a new voice mail waiting on the asterisk box. I can either get a stutter tone all the time or not at all. Anyone got this working. Thanks Chris

Hi, Using 1.4.26.1 & DAHDI 2.2.0.2, FSK VMWI devices off a TDM840 work fine. With 1.6.1.[45] & same DAHDI, instead of the FSK spill I get a line polarity reversal. Stutter dialtone is generated as expected. Has anyone else seen this? Is there anything special I need to do for 1.6.1 to make FSK MWI work? Thanks, --Barry

Hi all, I have looked at cisco docs and it says DND is set by pressing the services button and choosing DND. Does anyone know how to configure DND in the services.xml file. The problem I'm having is that agents who are on DND are still considered (by Asterisk) to be eligible to take calls. Hi We have polycom 430,501 and 301 phones. Our customer does not need DND feature in any form. I can disable this feature from asterisk server but How can i disable this feature on phones. In the sip configuration file i found the parameter that change the phone behaviour during DND from busy to normal but still if the phone is in dnd mode the phone ringer would be off which is unacceptable.
