I found problem with TE110P and the new kernel offedora, "kernel panic"
I had a problem with this card and 2.6.11 kernel. I am using FC3 but sticking with the 2.6.9 kernel. I had a lot of make warnings on the zaptel build and the card played up. It also wouldn't do a modprobe -r without crashing the system. With 2.6.9 zaptel compiles fine and I can unload the mod as and when. Also stay well away from the 2.6.12 FC3 kernel as it didn't work at all and

HFC PCI
Greetings to everyone! I am new to Asterisk and ISDN modules so i tried to follow many of the articles about capi, bristuff, mISDN and so on. Now I am working in mISDN but every way I try I have compiling errors! The HFC PCI card is a Digi Datafire Micro V. The bristuff give me the error "invalid module format zaphfc.ko" and I don't know how to compile and load it. The capi

9.3p1 Daemon Rejects Client Connections on armv7l-dey-linux-gnueabihf w/ GCC 10/11/12
I have an NXP i.MX6-based armv7l-dey-linux-gnueabihf system in which I am seeing some as-yet-unaccountable behavior in sshd when compiled with Arm/GCC 10/11/12. That is, when attempting to scp/slogin/ssh to 'root@<host>', where <host> is either a name or IPv4 or IPv6 address, the connection is quickly closed by the server without prompting for a password. The variable I can

Can't boot with a new install
Hi everyone, I just finished installing FreeBSD 6 RELEASE on my Toshiba Tecra A4 laptop and the installation was fine, however, when I rebooted the machine, I don't get the boot loader screen as if the machine can not see my drive! I tried the reinstalling and ensured that I set the slice to be bootable but that didn't change anything. Not sure if this is a common issue with FreeBSD 6 on

Interrupt storm with shared interrupt on digi(4)
I have an on-going problem with DigiBoard Xem boards causing interrupt storms (since 4.x days). The FreeBSD driver polls the board and doesn't have a functional interrupt handler (and Linux behaves in the same way). It seems that under some conditions, the board will assert its interrupt line and, since there's no interrupt handler to clear whatever triggered the interrupt, the IRQ is

slightly less random random macs
Hello all, There''s been many posts lately about problems that stem from either duplicate macs, non static macs and other networking issues that would be averted if a mac was specified upon vm creation. I''ve been using this little function I wrote in my shell scripts that setup dom-u''s from a csv file and its worked rather well, lets you control the prefix and

Digiboard looking for driver developers for FreeBSD
I don't work for Digi, so this probably can't count as completely official, but I have it on good authority that Digi would like to have FreeBSD drivers for some of their multi-port serial interfaces, and that they are willing to provide the equipment in exchange for drivers. They already have Linux drivers, but would like to have a presence in the FreeBSD community as well, partly

Unable to forward frame/voice
Hi, We've exhausted our internal capabilities as well as Sangoma tech support and were hoping someone with some expertise could help us with a pointer. Briefly, our issue is as follows. Periodically (several times an hour), we get either of the following error messages in our asterisk messages log. These correspond with dropped outbound calls on a one-to-one basis when the second error

[LLVMdev] new dwarf tokens for AMDIL
The AMDIL Target needs new dwarf tokens for dwarf debug support, I'd we should handle this best? (which numbers to use for the new tokens): Two new tokens will be added: DW_AT_AMDIL_address_space (currently 0x3ff1) : needed in order to know which address space to read data from DW_AT_AMDIL_resource (currently 0x3ff2) : the resource ID information for when we read memory from UAV ---Yousef

HFC-S ISDN cards in Xen3.0.3 DomU''s
Hi! I just wanted to ask if anyone managed to get "ordinary" HFC-S ISDN cards with the zaphfc driver running in a Xen3 DomU. I am referring to this post ( http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-users/2007-04/msg00202.html ), which perfectly describes my problem and I am therefore going to simply copy-and-paste it here: ----------- snip ------------> Hi, I''m
