I just had the same exact problem this morning. The only thing I've done in the last couple of days is update update zaptel. I rolled back my zaptel to 2/11/04 from 3/8/04. List, I have a TE410P (T1 mode, all PRI) and a T100P (fxoks, for fxs channel bank). I cannot seem to get the T100P to send any clock to the channel bank. My TE411p does not seem to like to have two PRIs from different telcos (span 1 and span 2). I can get one working, but not the other.
