Is there a configuration difference for clone X100P cards versus "compatible"? I have a similar problem to what David Shaw posted earlier today. 0.5 installed OK, but mine just with one X100P clone. Default config files, edited zapata.conf per the FAQs so it includes the line channel => 1 without the semicolon. Any outgoing call attempt returns "all circuits are busy"

I saw on here where there was an asteriskathome site where I could sign up for the mailing list. However when I bring up that site I just get a blank page. Is www.asteriskathome.org the correct address? Bob

As far as I can make out the root password for the ISO download is supposed to be epping or EPPING depending upon which version you are using. First, THANKS! The SYSLINUX/PXELINUX s/w and docs are great. I have been able to set up a working server for PXE boot in very little time, using our existing Win2k DHCP server and a Red Hat 7.2 Linux server for tftp, etc... It took very little time (compared to an earlier effort 4 months ago.....) and the pxelinux/menu/memdisk environment is great for us. The environment seems to support PXE

This might seem like over kill for a home PBX but Sugar has the best contact management we have seen. For the people who are currently interested in java as it relates to centos now that Sun has GPL'd java there are some things to be aware of. The folks at jpackage.org are pretty much all over this development but it's not the bright shiny news everyone has made it out to be. Sun did a very good thing by moving java under the GPL, and they should be commended for FINALLY seeing the light

I'm using asteriskathome 2.5. I'm using 2 spa3000 for dialing-out. I configured a trunk for each one with maximun channels=1 and an outbound route that includes both trunks. When a second outgoing call is placed, Asterisk tries to place it in the same that is already in use resulting in a busy tone. ?What can be the problem? -- Alejandro Vargas

How is working the automatic fax detection? I'm making tests in asteriskathome and the ivr plays, the fax sends little bips but asterisk don't detects it as a fax. (for testing I routed one caller id to the ivr). -- Alejandro Vargas

Hi, I have an AsteriskAtHome installation with two X100p clones. Everything has been apparently fine for 5 weeks of use or so, but today, I decided to do some tweaking of my echo cancel parameters, and I realized that all along, one of my cards has been unavailable for outbound calls for some reason. Most of my calls go out one card, which is connected to a Vonage ATA. That is working fine.

Hi, Problem: When talking to someone (from pstn) and this person is not talking loud, the voice is cut by Asterisk. I tried increase RxGain but it changed nothing (was talking louder but voice still cut.) I use XLite as soft phone. I think this is probably a codec setting... but how do I check that on server side? Hi all, Newbie quest here. I have 3 PSTN lines (2430-2432) setup by the CLEC in a hunt group coming in to a TDM04B and 3 Grandstream gxp-2000's (say a,b and c) and Asteriskathome installed. I want all phones (a,b,c) to be able to take calls from the hunt group. Does this mean I must make 9 SIP extensions on * ? 3 for each IP phone? and group them in trtiplets (ring groups?)

Greetings, I would like to propose adding a buildbot which builds with -Werror. The reason for a new buildbot in this configuration is twofold: 1. It helps users who track and release from ToT, because they (generally) seem to build with -Werror. Speaking from experience :-), new warnings tend to crop up in a large range of commits, and end up blocking one or more of these downstream users.
