playing hold time announcement without queue position announcement
Greetings fellow list members, I have what I think is a relatively simple question, but it did not appear to be addressed on the wiki. I am trying to setup a queue so that it plays an estimated holdtime announcement, but not a queue position announcement. Another problem you would have with the agents is that when they make an outgoing call they are not regarded as "busy" by asterisk and it sends more calls to the agent if it has call waiting enabled. Hi - I have a queue setup with 4 agents. The people working the queue tell me that when a new call goes into the queue, both the agent and the caller hear a tone. These are static agents - could it be ringing the line again, even though the agent is on a call? Got SIP response 603 decline, then the call hang up
Hi to all, I have a strange behavior in my asterisk server. I have a queue for 5 agents, the calls enter the queue an go to the agents normally, but if I need to transfer or dial directly to an agent extension that is already in a call, the pbx hung up the actual call (not the transferred call). Incomming call issue
I have an issue getting any incomming calls When the phone rings something picks up and gives it a fast busy. Hi, I setup a queue (number 4050) with one static agent (extension 4054). What I would like is that when someone calls the 4050 queue and there are neither "dynamic" agents logged in nor is the static agent 4054 "on-line" then the caller gets out of the queue and falls into another context (eg. voicemail or anything). The second call will go to an other agent only if the first call is pickup. Somebody have a solution ? Dial+Macro and Queue
A call comes in and goes into the queue, the queue dials a sip channel using a macro. The macro plays a set of options to the callee and if the callee presses 3 it sets MACRO_RESULT=CONTINUE and the macro ends. Polycom voicemail menu and alarm as beep with light

problem with ringinuse=no, queue members receive randomly two calls
