donations / wishlist
Since some people don't like Paypal and other people have been telling me for years to create Amazon wishlist, I figured I'd finally do it. http://dovecot.org/donate.html now contains URL to the wishlist. Currently it mostly contains all kinds of TV series DVDs (feel free to laugh at what I watch :), but I also managed to remember a couple of books I wanted. -------------- next part

Donations to Xiph
I have a few thoughs and questions about donating to Xiph that I hop you have a minute for. Here we go: == "Who donated what" list == As it seems we don't have a "Who donated what" list. I thought creating such a list could increase motivation to donate to some parties. What I currently have in mind would be to start listing donations from now on below the current content

Was this with CentOS3 or 4, ie LVM or LVM2? What problems? We use LVM on all our RH9 setups at work. No problems at all. OTOH, LVM2 is a work in progress that

Trouble Donating on centos.org
Hello, I tried making a donation via the centos.org website but was blocked by PayPal. I tried today and a few weeks ago. The error I got in both instances was: "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number." This strikes me as a strange response. It didn't say the card was declined; it said it "cannot be

Has anyone else encountered a loop and failure to shutdown on CentOS4? This has occurred twice in the past month, but unfortunately I failed to write down the looping messages. The only relevant problems I found via Google reference raid controllers, and I have POI (plain ol' IDE). Doh! Obviously I wuill need to record the errors. My environment is run-level 5 with GDM, but I use IceWm

Make a donation via PayPal? (was: [R] Monetary support to the R-project)
Dear R developers I understand that this is not a proper r-devel message, but it still touches to the organisation of the R project. I would like to make a small donation to the project, but I am not comfortable with sending my credit card details via post or mail and, as echoed elsewhere on r-help, would prefer to go through a generally accepted service such as PayPal. I personally recommend (without much success :-)) to buy from www.cheeplinux.com (Definite Software), because I believe this is of some help to the CentOS project. At least, to some people involved in it (please correct me if I'm wrong). ?1. Anyway, as PayPal is _not_ an option for some countries, donations to CentOS.org can't
