Hi everybody. I'm trying to setting up a V4 BRI EICON card on ASTERISK 1.0.7 My linux is a debian. Problems with Eicon Diva V-4BRI - 2nd Port
Hey guys This is probably for Armin, but I thought maybe someone else might have something I could try. I'm having a problem with one of my Eicon Diva V-4BRI cards and I'm trying to work out if its a driver configuration error, card failure or telco problem: I have an Asterisk box running -- the Eicon drivers see all four ports on my card, capi.conf is configured with all four ports

some EICON Diva 4BRI questions
Hi! I have some (short) question about the Eicon DIVA (V-)4BRI cards I want to have (short) answered before buying the DIVA card. I know there are several Eicon guys active on the list, thus I ask on the list instead of directly to Eicon so that all other will benefit as well. 1. Do Eicon DIVA (V-)4BRI cards support TE and NT mode? 2. Can the clock (master/slave) be configured independent

Diva 4BRI, asterisk and capidrv support ?
Hello, I acquired a Diva Server 4BRI for an AsteriskPBX system and installed a 2.4.20 kernel modified with the latest eicon capi2.0 support from www.melware.net. Capi support seems to work fine: Asterisk+chan_capi answers the calls. However if I try to use my old isdnutils apps by loading a i4l compatibility layer then I have the following problems: - if I use the diva2i4l module and start the

Compilation problem chan_capi and Eicon Diva 4Bri
Hi *, I want to integrate the Eicon Diva 4Bri Card to Asterisk. Eicon drivers and capi is installed. I use the latest dev version from eicon compiled and installed for my fedora 2 system. Possible solution to Zaptel panics
Heya Mark (and others), Here's an update on my adventures while trying to debug the Zaptel-related panics, as discussed on this list a while back. While debugging the problem, I completely swapped the machine for an entirely different model (Supermicro dual Xeon 2.4GHz with 2Gb of RAM), put the cards in, recompiled * + Zaptel and administered my stress-test. The machine stayed up in excess

identifying Eicon Diva Server V-4BRI-8M vs 4BRI-8M
Hi (Armin)! Does someone knows how to identify the type of the card? The delivery note says it is a V-4BRI-8M, whereas lspci reports a 4BRI-8M. What is it really? Are there any Eicon tools to identify the card type? thanks klaus 0000:0a:03.0 Network controller: Eicon Networks Corporation Diva Server 4BRI-8M Rev 2 (rev 01) Subsystem: Eicon Networks Corporation Diva Server 4BRI-8M Rev

Error compiling Eicon Diva from source
Hello everyone, I'm having some errors while compiling the source code for an Eicon Diva BRI card. I am using Fedora Core 6 with a compiled from source Linux kernel 2.6.19. I have downloaded the Eicon Diva source RPM (divas4linux_EICON-106.12-1.i386.rpm) and installed it already. When I go to /usr/lib/eicon/divas/src/ and run ./Build, everything starts correctly until that part where it has

SV: SV: QSIG, Asterisk and Eicon DIVA
I have read most of Eicons information on Q.SIG, and I am able to load the Q.SIG protocol (instead of ETSI for example). No strange logging in divacrtl mlog. But how do I tell Asterisk to understand Q.SIG? My PBX is configured for QSIG, but I cannot see anything on my trace when trying to make a call via the S0(Q.SIG) Janne > -----Ursprungligt meddelande----- > Fr?n:

I notice it is very expensive in a per port comparison with the Digium cards.... hence

ISDN BRI active adapters with NT mode - any alternatives ?
Having ISDN FXOs and a bunch of ISDN DECT base stations, I went looking for a CAPI compatible active BRI adapter capable of NT mode. I have found that the 'Eicon Diva Server 4BRI' fulfills theses requirements. However, at EUR 1387 for four BRI interfaces, it does not come cheap. Are there other users of similar hardware that can point me to alternatives ?
