PCI32 and PCI-X compatibility
Hi, this is my 1st message, I'm writing to ask if anyone knows if a PCI32 card like the TDM400P (quad analog) or the B410P (quad BRI) is working on a PCI-X bus, at 100MHz or 133 MHz. I'm really stuck with this, since I found a partial "yes" on this mailing list but my supplier says "no"! Thanks, Marco

Difference between a TE410P and TE405P?
Can anybody tell me the difference between a TE410P and a TE405P? Is it JUST the 5v vs 3.3v pcis slot spec, or is there some thing else? </edg>

3.3v PCI board - TE410P photo
Hi- I have posted a photo of the TE410P Digium card on my site, so that those wishing to purchase a compatible motherboard can see physically what the PCI slot requirement is: http://www.evtmedia.com/TE410P.htm I believe the required slot is a 64-bit, 3.3 Volt PCI, most commonly found on Xeon-based motherboards. A 64-bit slot is longer than the TE410P board requires, but the PCI connector

Known Working Motherboard/CPU for TE410P
I've been running into some issues with a TE410P and lost audio and similar which I have tracked down to some apparent incompatibilities between the version of Linux I'm running and my hardware - which causes zttest to not get 100% of the samples every time. Instead of fighting this on the machine it's running on (which I don't want to run it on long-term anyways), I'm wanting

TE410P card in an HP-Compaq DL380 G4 server
Hi, Has anyone had success using a TE410P card in an HP-Compaq DL380 G4 server? For me the card is detected fine, but the system just never sees an interrupt from the card. I've tried everything I can think of. The card definitely works. Its Fedora Core, but we also tried a stock 2.6.10 kernel. We tried with and without Hyperthreading, with "noapic", we disabled all the

Stability and motherboard questions with TE406P and TE410P
I am having a problem with asterisk not being stable enough for production use. I have two cards, the digium TE406P, and the TE410P. The TE410P is the primary card that I am using but I would like to move to the TE406P for the echo cancellation and more flexibility of PCI slots available. General config info: 3 PRIs, configured as such: span=1,2,0,esf,b8zs span=2,0,0,esf,b8zs

void your warranty and get a 3.3V/5V TE405P
http://www.mixdown.ca/~asterisk/ The card seems to be working fine. Don't expect warranty on it though. :-) Why? Because I wanted a quad-span T1 card which worked in the high-end systems I was intending it for, but that I could also keep a few in stock and if the system mainboard failed, pull the card an put it in a standard PC system. I didn't want to have to stock 3.3V and 5V

Dell PowerEdge 1800 and TE410P
Hi, I've been asked to find a server that is capable of running the Digium TE410P card. We usually get Dell PE servers and after a quick look I think the PE 1800 has the required slot: Six Total: 2 PCI Express (x8 lane & x4 lane); 2 x 64-bit/100MHz PCI-X; 1 x 32-bit/33MHz PCI (5v) and 1 x 64-bit/66MHz PCI Has anyone got this hardware, does it work with the card and asterisk? Thanks,

E100P works with PCI 3.3V and 5V?
Hi, I just bought the E100P from digium. It has both keys: 3.3V and 5V, so it would fit both, in a 5V-PCI slot and in a 3.3V PCI slot. Is it true, that I can plug it without destroying it in an ordenary 5V PCI slot? Roger.

5v capable motherboards
Anyone have a suggestion on where I can get a decent new MB with 5v capable PCI slots. It seems like every decent server MB on the market has 3.3V slots only. Is diving into the junkbin my only choice if I can't afford to replace the 5v quad-T1 wildcard? Thanks Mark Farver

TE411P and TE406P stability
I am getting ready to purchase my first Digium card to start experimenting with Asterisk. Before I make my purchase, I wanted to make sure I'm not going to have issues with these cards (need to see what the specs are on my box, 5V or 3.3V PCI ). I will be using Asterisk @ Home, so will be Asterisk v1.0.9. I took a quick poke at the lists, and it appears several people have been having

Good system board to use with TE410P?
Hi- I'm looking for an appropriate system board to power a system with two (2) Digium TE410P cards. Since these cards require the 3.3 volt PCI, I'm considering vendors like Tyan for the motherboard. Can anyone please tell me their experiences with the Tyan i7501 series (Xeon-basd), or recommend an alternate motherboard? Thanks Scott Scott M. Stingel Emerging Voice Technology Inc.

TE410P PINS
hi all, i am getting crazy with my TE410P - it won't work now we already think that the only thing which can be wrong is the cable. At our telecom endpoint we have 1-2 tx, 4-5 rx So - which cable do i need to get it working Already tried a cross over cable 1-2 -> 4-5 / 4-5 -> 1-2 (with this cable nothing works -> red alarm on both ends) Also a normal cable 1-2 -> 1-2 / 4-5 ->

WCTDM-24xxp woes
I am currently running Asterisk 1.2.8, on an AMD Sempron 3100+ (ASUS K8N Nforce based board). I am using a Digium wctdm24xxp to terminate 8 (2x quad) FXO lines. Using ztmonitor (From zapata) I cannot see that there is any registerable incoming volume from these lines. I've been running them at rxgain = 25 (zapata.conf) to make the audio audible, however this creates poor call quality issues

CallerID in Australia
Well, Once upon a time, I had problems receiving callerid, and then one day, Mark was logged into my asterisk box helping with something else, and I asked him about this, and he showed me a nice tweak to some source file that made it work. Some time later, I must have done hundreds of CVS updates, and along the way, lost the above patch (one liner) and so callerID hasn't worked for a long
