headsets for linksys/sipura phones?
I was just browsing my local suppliers list of headsets - not a single one with a single 2.5mm jack. Either USB or 1-2 3.5mm jacks. Can anyone recommend a headset that works with e.g. SPA-921 and -941? /Per Jessen, Z?rich

OT: Headset for Cisco 7960?
Sorry, I know it's OT, but does anyone know of a relatively inexpensive headset that is compatible with the Cisco 7960? I've tried the headset off Norstar phones, doesn't seem to work with or without the amp. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ | nate carlson | natecars@natecarlson.com | http://www.natecarlson.com | | depriving some poor

Headsets for Cisco 7940/7960
What headsets have people found work well with the Cisco 7940 and 7960 phones? To date, I have tried a couple of the headsets within the Plantronics H series (H41-N), and noticed that the volume of my speaking is lower over the headset than on the regular handset. I am currently looking for headsets that are known to work well. I do know that Cisco lists the H-91 and H-101 as certified to

Recommended USB Headsets ?
Hi, we are looking to roll out PBX IN A Flash at our office. The first group will be using Soft Phones (X-Lite appears to be the best and works in Windows, Apple & Linux). There are many types of USB Headsets to choose from and a fairly broad price range. Is there any USB headsets people would recommend? I'm specifically interested in acceptable audio (speaker and microphone) quality

Headsets
Hey Everyone, We are in the process of reviewing headsets for use with our GXP-2000s. I'm looking for some feedback as to which headsets people are using, the pros and cons of those headsets, and if they would recommend them to someone else. Any help would be appreciated... - Jason -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

Portable USB headset for VoIP
I'm trying to find a voip-suitable USB headset (I.E. headphones + microphone) which I can use with my laptop while I'm traveling and using Firefly or another softphone. I'm currently using a Logitech headset which works well (except the echo it generates toward the other caller when I turn up the gains too high), but it just doesn't carry well - in fact, I can't carry it in my

USB headsets?
Hi, What USB headset would you recomend? We have some laptop soundcards that are really bad and I would be glad if you could share your experiences when changing to a USB headset instead of using the built in soundcard in your computer. Thanks! Regards, Jan

In search of Headset Compatible Analog Phone
I have been looking for analog phones for my * system that work with our plantronic amplifiers and headsets. The problem I am having with the Aastra phones that I have purchased (PT-390, 9116, 9120, 8009 ), is that they don't seem to stay hung up unless you physically hang up the handset everytime you finish a call. I have even purchased the Aastra 9120 which sais it has on-hook

Headset for Polycom
Hi, I've been asked for a headset recommandation for Polycom SoundPoint IP phones. Since I believe they use a pretty standard headset jack (correct me if I am wrong) it's really a general recommandation on headset. OT: High Quality Wireless Headset for Cisco IPPhones and *
Tom - here are a few suggestions Plantronics 510SL Bluetooth - they make a bundle that comes with a Bluetooth transceiver and a handset lifter. This is nice if you have users that already have Bluetooth headsets for their mobile phones, as it allows you to sync with their office phone as well. http://www.plantronics.com/north_america/en_US/products/cat29880043/cat2 9880054/prod5460016

OT: Wireless headset / phone combination
I've been asked for recommendations for a small call centre, an ethernet SIP deskphone with a wireless headset. Similar approach would be a mobile phone with bluetooth head set. Either I've not looked hard enough, or there isn't much on offer. Alec Davis -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

Best Headsets for a Call Center Environment
I'm looking for suggestions as to the best multimedia headsets for a call center environment. A few considerations: 1) USB headsets are preferable, because they don't require a soundcard. 2) Omnidirectional microphones are problematic, because they pick up too much background noise. Thanks, Matthew Roth http://www.voip-info.org/tiki-index.php?page=Running%20Asterisk%20on%20Debian

OT: High Quality Wireless Headset for Cisco IP Phones and *
Has anyone found a high quality wireless headset that works well with Cisco 7960 IP phones on an asterisk system? I tried the vxxi offering but the sound quality was pretty bad. Since these are pricey, I don't want to sample blindly. Experience appreciated. Thanks, Tom

SV: USB headsets?
I don't quite follow you? There are USB headsets that don't require a soundcard at all. They have a built in soundcard which (I suppose) could be better than the crap they build into most laptops. Sipura SPA-841 Volume Oscillation Problem
Hi all, The problem is on the volume of the voice sent by the SPA-841. I think the echo cancel algorithm sets a limit to the microphone when detects sounds or noise from the earphone. This problem generates an oscillation on the voice volume sent by the phone and even turns it off completely for very little lapses of time making the communication very uncomfortable. I manage three different
