Dear All, I bought one IP PHONE from Integrated Networks which was showed to wiki too: http://www.voip-info.org/tiki-index.php?page=Intergrated-Networks I have problems with the Asterisk authentication. It does't want to LOG IN to Asterisk; it always says "LOG ON FAILED". I'm using the IAX2 protocol and all paramters seems to be correct. Does somebody use the same IP PHONE with

Attempt to Originate between IAX2/xxxx and an application hangs until timeout in 1.8.8.1
I am investigating an issue with IAX2 extensions in Asterisk 1.8.x. My application connects to Asterisk via AMI and attempts to run an Originate command between an extension (such as SIP/5555 or IAX2/8888) and an application (in my case it is AgentLogin). This works correctly for SIP extensions, in all Asterisk versions. With IAX2 extensions, this worked correctly in Asterisk 1.6.2.20, but

Realtime IAX
I am using Asterisk CVS from last week and have been using Realtime SIP for a couple weeks now without any problems. Yesterday I decided to turn on Realtime IAX but I am having problems dialing to my long distance providers like Voicepulse, Sixtel or Nufone. I get the following: -- Executing Dial("SIP/2001-3761", "IAX2/password@voicepulse/19566680301") in new stack

IAX2 order
Folks, I've been fighting with this seems like forever now and can't make it work in 1.6.x. In 1.4.x, I could make sure a particular voip provider was always first in the list by making him as an #include and putting it last. Now in 1.6.x I can never get this to take. I really don't want to run TWO asterisk servers just for some IAX trunking. Real problem: my voip provider

[LLVMdev] Tiki Wiki For LLVM ?
As I've been reviewing the LLVM documentation, I noticed several typos or things that could be explained in more detail. My compulsion was to just go and fix it, but I can't do that because I have no access to the sources. Has there been any thought of putting up a Tiki Wiki for LLVM? If you're not familiar with Tiki Wiki, its a PHP/MySQL based content management system.

Slow wiki?
Hi there, is this a problem with the Wiki software or the DB? The delay is still tolerable, but not exactly nice to work with. http://www.voip-info.org/tiki-index.php?page=Asterisk+billing Page generated in: 2.35 seconds Philipp

Please share your Solaris experiences on the Asterisk Solaris Wiki page
Logan O'Sullivan Bruns wrote: > I know Solaris isn't a well tested platform and I did have to make > some minor code changes to get to compile on my sun box. Well done! We need more momentum for Asterisk on non-Linux platforms. Building a community around Solaris much like there is a community around BSD, would be very helpful. This will only happen if Solaris users start sharing

IAX2 --> IAX2 confusion, it doesn't work...
I am trying to get two * boxes to communicate with eachother. I have read http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Asterisk+-+dual+servers as well as information on IAX channels, the Dial() command, and the switch statement in extensions.conf. But I am having no luck. I have a working * box running with a Zap card that I want to be the server machine. I have another little box running * with just a

LCR with ENUM and DDNS: half the story
Ok, so you've read the Wiki and gotten call routing using ENUM to work (http://www.voip-info.org/tiki-index.php?page=Asterisk%20E164%20Call%20Routing) with your own ENUM-alike domain, e164.example.com. But how do you populate it with data? You can do it manually, but that gets very tedious very quickly. Or you can use the nifty DDNS updating program that comes with bind9. The first thing is

SIP, IAX2 and ISDN ISUP data
Hi all, I'm looking at my options for getting access to ISDN ISUP fields from DDI numbers, when connecting to a 3rd party Asterisk server. This is for a custom voicemail solution, and at this stage I want to avoid renting a PRI. The information I need to capture is: - Calling Number - Called Number (e.g. the DDI handling the call) - Redirecting Number (e.g. the device diverting to the

Argentine Asterisk Wiki
Dear Asterisk Fans, I'm an Asterisk consultant in Argentina and want to make an spanish wiki (something like voip-info.org). I have the idea and some concepts about this project. It won't be a comercial project, it would be free and it's target would be spanish talking asterisk enthusiasts. I'm wrinting these for the sake of finding contributors, people who want to help me

Hi, I cannot seem to accept incoming calls from FWD using IAX2. I followed the directions posted at www.fwd.pulver.com/advanced/iax I can make outgoing calls fine using IAX via FWD.
