Hi! I have just bought the X100P and TDM400P cards to install on my computer to implement the PBX. I also downloaded the newest softwares asterisk_ver0.5.0, libpri_ver0.4.0, and zaptel_ver0.7.0) to install on my computer (Red Hat Linux 8.0). All packages are compiled well. When I use "modprobe" to load drivers (modprobe zaptel, modprobe wcfxo, modprobe wcfxs), the first two (zaptel,

Hi, I got my TDM11B and am trying to get it to work on my PC. However, I'm having difficulty getting the wcfxs driver to load. I've Googled this problem, and while there are others who have ran into the same problem, none of the solutions work for me. I would very much appreciate it if you could suggest things I could try to resolve this problem. Details follow. The PC is somewhat

TDM04B vs Dell
Hi all, I've struggled for several days trying to get a Digium TDM04B 4-port wxfco card working on a Dell 1U PowerEdge 750 machine running Fedora Core 1. I finally got a call back from Digium who indicated that there is a fundamental conflict between the card and the PowerEdge having to do with PCI interrupts. Asterisk version is stable v1-0 12/29/04. The symptoms of the problem were as

auto 'modprobe wct1xxp' on startup?
Hi guys, Thanks for your answers on my two questions yesterday. That's exactly what I was looking for, sorry for not noticing it myself, but I'm still getting acclimated to Asterisk and even Linux--from what I see so far, I love it. I've got another one now. Since my Asterisk install and configuration is fairly stable at this point, I'm interested it ensuring that during

My zaptel.conf looks like this: fxsks=1 fxoks=2 So I load the X100P first. (modprobe wcfxo) Then I load the TDM10B (modprobe tor2) Then I'm told that the device doesn't exist. Please help

SUSE 9.2 and Zaptel channels
Of course I am not a kernel expert, so .. please be patient. I am investigating on my zaptel/zapata problem. As the main error message asterisk quits on mentions <'/dev/zap/channel': No such file or directory> I went peeking over there. module help?
Need some help with modules.conf, and basic RH9 linux skills. I've installed the new TDM04B 4-port FXO card and its working. After a reboot, when I do lsmod I see the wcfxo module but not the wcfxs even though both are listed modules.conf. If I "modprobe wcfxs", then lsmod has both modules showing. The wcfxs module is the last one in the modules.conf. Is the order of entries

how to add more TDM04B
I already have one Digium TDM04B installed in my server working fine. I just received 2 more so I did added them to my server. When I booted again linux told me that it found new hardware I said ignore. Then I log in as usual. I did ztcfg -vv to see if it sees 12 channels now instead of 4 but it only see 4. So then I did again modprobe zaptel, then modprobe wcfxo and wcfxs hoping it would see
