I am using 2 X100P clone cards in my asterisk system, and have one phone line plugged into the 'line' port of each card. On one of the cards, I also have a cable plugged into the 'phone' port and this cable is then connected to the modem on my PC so that I can use it for dial-up. I thought that this would then allow me to do dial-up and at the same time it would lock the port so

I know this topic has been done before but I cant find an answer for it anywhere. I have Grandstream phones running with my Asterisk server. Is there anyway to do announced transfers with these phones? i.e. A is talking to B, A then presses a key to initiate transfer, calls C, tells C that B is on the phone. Then A hangs up and C is connected to B.

I have upgraded my grandstream phone from firmware 1.0.3.78 to 10.0.4.30 and now I am having problems with early dial. On the older firmware earlydial worked fine with my asterisk server, but now as soon as I have dialed the number I get a congested tone, and the number 4 flashes up on the LCD screen. So what do people think about adding the "call rate" to the CDR structure?? This would allow you to detail a call with the rate that was in affect for that call.
