Does anyone know of any reliable supplier for Grandstream phones? I tried dealing with David Li from Grandstream, but after emailing him an order in August, and asking how he wanted payment, I never got a reply... James Ho from DGTimes was happy to give me pricing, but when I sent him an email asking for shipping costs, I never got a reply... I tried dealing with John from Chagres Ventures, but he also has not been replying to my emails... Now, I am pretty sure that I haven't done anything to offend these people, and I am pretty sure that Grandstream are not against the idea of selling product.. Has anyone had a Grandstream supplier that actually provides the product!! -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Woops!! :( Aaron is right I did drop the ball on a reply I owed him. Just found the email thread he had started with me. Sorry about that Aaron. The reason this is posted to the list is because I posted that I hadn't seen mail from him to the list. I wanted to make sure that my error was corrected. taking responsibility for the muck up. Aaron, I'll reply in private and as a distributor (not reseller) we can solve the shipping issues. --john On Thu, Sep 25, 2003 at 02:27:33PM +1200, Aaron Martin wrote:> Does anyone know of any reliable supplier for Grandstream phones? > > I tried dealing with David Li from Grandstream, but after emailing him an order in August, and asking how he wanted payment, I never got a reply... > > James Ho from DGTimes was happy to give me pricing, but when I sent him an email asking for shipping costs, I never got a reply... > > I tried dealing with John from Chagres Ventures, but he also has not been replying to my emails... > > Now, I am pretty sure that I haven't done anything to offend these people, and I am pretty sure that Grandstream are not against the idea of selling product..
