VoiceMail2 Wish List
Here are a few things I would like to see .. 1. In addition to time/date stamps, store/read the caller id info with the voicemail messages. 2. Have the ability to configure the system to ignore and delete messages left by a caller that are 3 seconds or less (maybe make this configurable) Not sure but that would cut alot of hangup calls out of your voicemail box. I can't think of much more

Hello Since I am getting a bit concerned about the SCO vs IBM issue, I was wondering if can I can setup Asterisk on FreeBSD is it supported ? Are drivers for Digium cards available on FreeBSD ? Voicemail2 and RFC2833 DTMF
Hi, In testing the Budgetone we have noticed something strange with DTMF and Voicemail. When we set the Budgetone for RFC2833, and connect to voicemail, the detected DTMF digits do not correspond with what we pressed on the phone. For example user=1001, password=1001 is detected as: Incorrect password '1111000000111' for user '111000000111' (context = <any>) Any idea

Voicemail2 bug (?) saving new messages as new
I've noticed something strange when saving a new message to the new messages folder. The message number gets incremented (message0000 becomes message0001), then voicemailmain2 thinks that there are no new messages to be played, but the MWI stays on, and the end user tries in vain to retrieve a message that can't be played.

0 out of voicemail to different secretaries
Is it possible to configure * so that if a caller reaches voicemail for someone in Engineering, but doesn't want to leave a message they can press zero (0) and reach the Engineering Secretary or if they are calling someone in Accounting and reach voicemail, pressing '0' would reach the Accounting secretary, not the Engineering secretary? Monitor application temporary hack
[apologies for no line wrap; config lines at bottom] I have mentioned on several threads here that the Monitor application doesn't do exactly what one would expect: the originating and answering legs of a call are unsynchronized by the duration of the interval that it takes for the answering leg to pick up the phone. This can be very distracting in a final mixed version of the file. Brian

universal netlogon script
Hi Guys, Advise, I have 200 users, they all have access to 20 shares in different combinations. They all have their own netlogon scripts... its a management nightmare, is there a way to create a universal netlogon script that I can include all the shares to mount and it will silently fail on the ones it cant? Perhaps there is a smarter way to implement this idea, lynching is welcome, so is

Voicemail2
Asterisk Users: I've been working hard on app_voicemail2 which is an enhanced scalability version of app_voicemail. Specifically, its features are: * Highly improved internal architecture (maybe someone else can actually code on it) * Foot print for getting mailboxes from DB (for Vonage) * Segmentable mailboxes, allowing you to truly multihost voicemail for multiple companies

Assert in imap-bodystructure.c
First let me thank you for my initial newby question about poping from a pop3 server and delivering into my Dovecot maildir folders. Now I'm getting an assertion in imap-bodystructure.c and one of my imap folders is now inaccessable. I think the two are related. Whenever I select the folder from my email client (kmail) I get two log entries in the dovecot log of the format:
