But... if you note in the sample.call file, they show how to do Set(CDR(userfield|r)=whatever. I tried adding this "|r" piece into amaflags, like so:

Reporting Utility
When CDR reporting was raised a few days ago, it prompted me to add a section on how ADTransform could be used to address the problem raised about consolidating CDR information from various divisional PBXs and producing consolidated reports. I wrote a short Use Case article. http://www.artifact-software.com/?page_id=1666 I also thought about the problem of getting the configuration files into

top posting again [was: Re: CDR Design] - Or was it top posting?
Thanks for that, it IS appreciated - but, everyone, can we please not argue this matter any more. Some see it as top posting - some don't. I really don't care either way. No if we could just get back to the subject in hand and not clog up this list with flames. Small CDR Billing Program
Hi Guys I am just looking around for a small billing program but can't really find what I am looking for. It needs to bill straight off the CDR. It should grab all the CDR records from the asteriskcdrdb mysql database then have a rates table to that it calculate a bill from. Is there any open source packages or commercial packages that will account for billing say only 5 extensions?

CDR Analyzer/Queue stats reporting
I've been tasked with finding and implementing a CDR/Queue analyzer to provide information to management about the call center's performance. My Google-fu seems to be returning a lot of things that are more or less abandoned projects. Does anyone have any recommended solutions for a CentOS 6 / Asterisk 10 "vanilla" server? Not opposed to something commercial, provided it
