However, in order for the VMail option to appear on the screen I have to go into the Services menu, pick Asterisk PBX and pick Select. However, I want the asterisk.adsi to load into the 'self-load' slot but can't figure out what the correct FDN for doing this is. Does anyone know the right FDN for the SL slot on these phones? I've received my Aastra 390 phone. I got the unlock procedure from the vendor, and the services button now shows all four entrys as "<available>". Hi, We have a few Aastra 480ci phones and we've noticed that in order to get the phone to receive a call, qualify must be = no. Apparently the Aastras do not respond to the qualify message (or respond in a way Asterisk doesn't understand) and Asterisk thinks the phone is unreachable. However, this now prevents MWI from working properly on the phones. Does anyone know how to get MWI

Ok, so I figured out my problem with my pt480s. But, now I have a few more. 1. When I dial into the voicemailmain or voicemailmain2 application, the phone and * start talking adsi, but then the phone tells me "programming download canceled, services is full.", but my services list isn't full, only "Asterisk PBX" occupies slot 2, slots 1, 3 and 4 are available. Any ideas?

I just need to buy 5-6 ADSI Phones. I wondering which of these models to choose - aastra 390 - I don't know is this an ADSI phone at all. Is there versions with and without ADSI - aastra 350 - I'm sure that it have ADSI. If there is some other good working model, it will be great, if someone points me. Thanks

We are installing Aastra phones (480's and 57i's) into a fairly simple asterisk setup. Although call park & pickup work fine using xfer to 700 (to park), dial 701 (to pickup), we are unable to make the park/pickup softkey feature work on the aastra's. Anyone know what the POE draw is for the Aastra 480i phones? We have switches that will do 15 watts on 12 ports but only do 7.7 watts on all 24 ports. A Cisco 3560 switch will do 15.6 watts on all 24 ports. Just trying to find out if we need that much power. Can't seem to find any info on the Aastra site. Comments?

Running asterisk 1.2.7 with latest zaptel on centos4.4. with Aastra 55i phones. Local outbound calling works fine, but ATT requires clients enter 7 digit code for long distance. All calls with 7 digit code are lost within 20 seconds of the call.
