If I use a call file (/var/spool/asterisk/outgoing) is it possible to have a video phone connect to a camera (linksys wvc200) and show the camera stream and hear the audio? How would I do that? Jerry

dlink updates
For those of you that have dlink VoIP hardware, I thought I'd post this link. It's a whole lot easier that navigating their support site trying to find anything. There is updated firmware for most of their products. ftp://ftp.dlink.com/VoIP/ A word of warning about the DG_104S firmware. It's better than the firmware that came with my box, but it still has quirks. Some settings

Dlink dg102s and G.729
Hi all, I'm making a small voip network with asterisk and Dlink dg102s gateways (MGCP). Dlink gateways work with g.711, g731 and g729 codecs. The questions: do i need a g729 codec license for asterisk for dlink use g.729 or just configure asterisk to inform gateways to utilize then ? Anyone have a .conf(s) example(s) to send-me ? DLink mgcp phone and CVS HEAD
Hi, I'm playing around with Asterisk and DPH-100M (Dlink mgcp phone) on my debian box. I've got stable version of Asterisk (packaged for debian) working with dlink phone and 7910 from cisco (minimalistic extensions.conf and chan_skinny for 7910) Everything works fine. Now I'm trying to get CVS HEAD working with MGCP. I want to test chan_sccp

Port forwarding on a DLink Di-604
Anyone know how to set up port forwarding of multiple ports on a DLink DI-604? I successfully portforward the SIP port on the Advanced|Virtual Server page. It works because I can register a SIP client, but it's a single port - 5060. The DLink doesn't seem to provide an obvious way of portfarding the 10000 - 20000 ports needed for RTP. Any ideas? Hugh

Dlink DVG-1120 Linksys PAP2 any Good?
I had just found a Dlink DVG-1120 on ebay and I'm curious if anyone has used you it with asterisk. They were only $65. I have tested with the Linksys Pap2 and found that box to be fairly nice except for a lot of backgound/white noise. I was wondering if any else had experienced that? Let me know if I've wasted $65 on the Dlink and also if you had similar experience with white noise on

Dlink DSM 320
I've got one of these on the way right now - BestBuy has a special on them and I think Buy.com is doing a 30$ rebate. I gather that it's based on the ZenSonic units which supposedly supports Ogg, but that particular bit of code isn't quite up to speed yet. > Well i did it, i finally broke down and bought a hardware based media > player, the dlink dsm 320. > Not only can i

Dlink DSM 320
Well i did it, i finally broke down and bought a hardware based media player, the dlink dsm 320. Not only can i watch my dvds from my pc, but listen to my 30+gb ogg vorbis collection, create a playlist file (.pls format) with shoutcast and icecast2 streams (mp3 only) and crank them through the home theatre system. Just a heads up though, even though it supports shoutcast and icecast2 mp3, the

DLINK DVG-3004S
Does anyone have any experience using this DLink quad FXO <> SIP gateway with Asterisk? I'm still looking for an analog interface that I can live with, having tried X101p, SPA-3000 and TDM400...all with less than desirable results. I am a newbie to both VPN's and Asterisk so any advice will be appreciated. Thanks, Mike -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

Dlink dph-140s/ACT P104SLD
I'm still a learning but I purchased a dph-140s to test with AAH 1.5. I think this is a rebadged ACT P104SLD which others seem to have working with *. It seems to be configured and registered similarly to the softphones I've been using just fine, but it does not receive or send audio (it will send audio to vm), or perform the loopback test. It seems to signal and receive calls fine. The

DLink / skge: Unable to clear error (so ignoring them) on large file transfers to card
Hi all, I''ve just installed a new Xen setup, ubuntu gutsy (with xen kernel package, so I guess that''s a complete replacement). Mostly works nicely, i think Xen''s great. I''ve just hit a snag when trying to transfer a large amount of data to the machine however, i''m using a PCI DLink gigabit network card (as the mobo onboard is the infamous realtek

what does "not found" mean in a DHCPRELEASE context?
I have a CentOS 4.6 server running dhcpd. One of my client devices (a Panasonic KX-HCM280A camera) is trying to get a lease from that server. I can see the device accept a lease (it is a reservation), however it always releases the reservation after about 25 seconds: Jul 10 10:30:49 stargate dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 00:80:f0:56:46:30 via eth0 Jul 10 10:30:49 stargate dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on

VLANs are your friend, otherwise DHCPD is not going to understand how to properly answer your request for different networks on the same interface. ----- On 14 Jan, 2017, at 11:59, Gregory P.
