DKIM fail if WHM adds Message-ID, should be Message-Id
I created a client library to send emails for a webapp.
After connecting to the SMTP server with credential setup in CPANEL, and
then do NOT add Message-Id header, the DKIM signature 'h' record created by
dovecot/WHM is wrong, and a Message-ID (with a capital D) header is added,
invalidating the generated DKIM signature value.
This causes outlook, yahoo, gmail and other email

Hello R-community,
I am trying to populate a column (doy) in a large dataset with the first

[LLVMdev] BNF for IL/IR interpreter
This might be a very beginner question, but I'm looking for an example for
something that I have never done.
Suppose that I wanted to express actions with respect to lifted semantics
of CPU instructions to an intermediate representation, BAP IL or LLVM IR.
How might I go about providing a Backus Naur Form specification and then
dynamically interpreting those lifted instructions by also

grDevices::convertColor XYZ space is it really xyY?
grDevices::convertColor has arguments 'from' and 'to' which can take on value 'XYZ'. Can someone confirm that 'XYZ' is the same as the CIE chromaticity coordinates that are also sometimes refered to as 'xyY' in the literature? Or are these the CIE tristimulus values? It looks to me like the first case is true, but I would appreciate hearing from one of

OT: Fixing Messages To Be RFC 2822 Compliant
So....apparently I have some messages which are not RFC compliant sitting in
my mailboxes (mostly older ones), and I have some software which is refusing
to handle such messages.
1. Does anyone know of a nice way to verify that all my messages are
compliant/find those that aren't? (I suppose I could use the existing
failing software, but I was hoping for something a little more robust...)

Possible bug with chromatic adaptation in grDevices::convertColor
It appears that the chromatic adaptation feature of `grDevices::convertColor`is broken, and likely has been for many years.? While a little surprising, it is an obscure enough feature that there is some possibility this is actually broken, as opposed to user error on my part.? If it turns out to the latter, I apologize in advance for spamming this list.

standard naming for components of R data structures
I need to write some documentation:
I'm looking for a standard, consistent way of referring to the components
and attributes of R data structures. Googling and Stackoverflow yield a
variety of github sites that do not seem to be particularly authoritative.
I was hoping to find a BNF/ABNF grammar for R.
I've looked at the output of bison -v ./R-3.6.2/src/main/gram.y but it does

We don''t have nearly as many and yet, we see occasional errors ("End of

Hi Ricky / AJ

It has created files in /contrib/R-2.4.0. there is an " R " under

Thunderbird 1.5 and messages with no Date: header
hi,
some of my Thunderbird users have a minor but annoying problem with
messages that have no Date: header.
these clients use BODY[HEADER.FIELDS (Date)] as the date for
messages. when a message has no Date: header, they display the
date as 01/01/1970 10:00:00 because Dovecot returns empty string.
would it be possible for Dovecot to return INTERNALDATE instead, for
messages that contain no Date:

Non-atomic Flags in APPEND
I'm using Evolution and Dovecot (on the localhost) and receiving these

C00095 APPEND INBOX (\Answered \Seen NotJunk "Junk" "NotJunk" "receipt-handled") {1022}
C00095 BAD Error in IMAP command APPEND: Flags list contains non-atoms.
Is this a Dovecot or Evolution bug?
Thanks,

How about adding a --no-detach option (to be used in combination with
--daemon) to rsync so it can be run under Dan Bernstein's daemontools'

I have compiled R from source in local user account (at non default

freezes. Any suggestions?
