Is it a bug when you move mail between namespaces....
It doesn't in my current 2.2.18 setup with the config I posted. should fts_autoindex handle that case? It works for me. I don't know why it wouldn't work for you. Looking at the autoindexing code I don't see how it could be possible that it works for saving but not copying. > On 10 Sep 2015, at 21:05, Larry Rosenman <larryrtx at gmail.com> wrote: > > Is there a fix coming for this, Timo? imaptest-20130617 seems to be reporting spurious header changes
I'm trying to use this to test an IMAP server I'm developing (I picked the nightly up from the link on the wiki page at http://www.imapwiki.org/ImapTest/Installation). With one client using the mailbox dovecot-crlf (http://www.dovecot.org/tmp/dovecot-crlf) I get messages like: Error: test at npsl.co.uk[67]: 1035253882.5041.34.camel at hurina: Header From changed 'Timo Sirainen

Dovecot Maildir - How to Seperate mail folders
Hi Timo, thank you very much for your quick reply. I tried that but it is not possible to SELECT such a mailbox. I have in dovecot.conf: --- mail_location=maildir:/data/messages%h namespace private { separator = / prefix = location = maildir:/data/messages%h inbox = yes list = yes } namespace public { separator = / prefix = greetings/ location = maildir:/data/greetings%h

Status
So, just some quick notes: - dovecot.org server was down a couple of days again, need to find time to move it to a VM.. - my tss at iki.fi emails were also broken for some hours at least and it was bouncing back all mails to it during the time - I fixed some bugs reported by people, but I did it in airplane so couldn't reply back with links to the fixes in hg repo. I'll probably do

dovecot.org broken
Serving it temporarily from a machine in my home. I'll move it to better hosting in a few days. And I guess I should make it more fail safe some day soon.. Lets see if mailman happens to work now.

PATCH: Deliver looses mail and DSN if Return-Path is missing
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello, Dovecot v1.0.0 if there is no Return-Path in the message and Deliver cannot deliver the message, no DSN is sent _and_ the MTA is returned 0 (aka success) return code, which leads to mail loss. This is not the case, when the message actually finds a Return-Path, but fails to invoke the MTA. - --- src/deliver/mail-send.c (revision 47) +++

The test is itself running both the client and the server. Most of those errors are expected. Does it work if you run it a couple of times?
