HI, I have been having trouble installing RMySQL under Redhat Linux 9.0. I am using R 1.8.0 and MySQL 4.0.13. MySQL is install in /opt/mysql. I try to install RMySQL using configure-args to specify the path of mysql but it does not work. Does any body have any suggestions. Problem with RMySQL 0.5-0 under RH7.3
I have upgraded R on my Linux box from 1.5.1 to 1.6.1 using the binary distributions for redhat 7.x. My machine is runing: Linux 2.4.18-3 Red Hat Linux release 7.3 (Valhalla) After upgrading R, I executed upgrade.packages() During the upgrading of the different packages there was an error on RMySQL. CentOS 4 x86_64 - Nagios plugins compile issue
