Well first you need to find out what port you VNC server operates on.. If you are using realVNC look at the Adanved Settings Part of the documentation on their website where they will show you how to add settings in your registry to give realVNC server a static port. Then you must simply add a rule to allow outgoing TCP connections from your LAN:yourip to The Internet (or other zone) on that port and don''t forget to connect to the server via the view with IP:port format.
