Shorewall users - Nov 2003 - ip_conntrack_ftp & ip_nat_ftp not loading automatically

For some reason, ip_conntrack_ftp & ip_nat_ftp aren''t loading
automatically.  If I load them manually with modprobe FTP works.

Both ip_conntrack_ftp & ip_nat_ftp are listed in the modules file - I
haven''t mucked with the order at all, so I assume it''s right.

I''m using Mandrake 9.2 but, as recommended, I uninstalled the Mandrake
version of shorewall and installed Shorewall 1.46c.

I figure I''m probably missing something blatantly obvious - does anyone
have any ideas?

yes but is only one remote system, i think about many remote system.

I had the same problem and posted a fix for this problem a while ago. 
This is problem not yet fixed in the shorewall version you have.

You have to change the following line in /usr/share/shorewall/firewall

        for suffix in o gz ko ; do
to

        for suffix in o gz ko o.gz ; do

That solved the problem here ! Good luck!
