Shorewall users - Mar 2003 - Open Vpn

Open vpn and shorewall and Linux works great. Gotta Love Linux.
I have a question about open vpn, are all protocall''s allowed over the
vpn such as netbios,ipx etc the reason I ask
is you can find computers over the vpn by searching in windows for the computer
ip or name.
But browsing my network places in XP for instance shows nothing on the remote
lan.

Mike -- you will have to set up a WINS server (you can set up Samba to
do that) in order to enable browsing between networks.

 I have the speed on the vpn at a 18ms average, just like u there! Works great
